Well, like I’ve said before this area is beautiful. That vanities are nice. I’m glad that we got new furniture for the pool area which looks amazing. The colors are just inviting. The parking area is great. The In-N-Out exit are easy. So far so good.
Overall, I am very comfortable with living here. I just renewed my lease for another year. I love the layout of my apartment and especially love the laundry room.

Stonebridge Ranch Apartments is one of the better apartments. The grounds are kept beautifully. The pools are wonderful. The sitting area as well as where you can socialize is wonderful and clean and pleasant.

Great Place to live. Location location Location is very important anywhere you live and this place has it. Luxury Living at a Fair Price. Stonebridge ranch has a great admin team and maintenance team that take care of your living situations on a daily basis. It's been nice. Staff is wonderful! It's loud though. And so much junk in the air either from the freeway, or the constant landscaping and leaf blowers. Having air purifiers is essential if you intent to open your windows, ever.

if anyone is looking for a new residence. I will start with Stonebridge first. They have very good staffing and also maintenance is on point. The amenities are very good and they definitely keep up with landscaping. The pool is amazing.

I love living here the Complex is clean and quiet and I love all the trees and Everyone seems to be nice I like all the amenities in my Unit .

Pros- Upkeep, usually responds to requests in a timely manner Cons: Smart Home feature that was installed does not work, and now with renewal they want to charge for something that does not work, I have contacted both the company and the community. There is not much consideration for people who do not work traditional hours. They removed electronics from my apartment without consent and either threw the item or have it and will not return it.

I recently toured this property and it was SO pretty. It felt so homey, and I absolutely loved the yoga room by the pool. There is grass all throughout the property which was a huge plus. Definitely would recommend checking this place out!

I been living here for 4 months now and I’m very happy with this decision. It came down to Stonebridge ranch and Lazo the property next door. I felt the vibes over here to be more positive . The apartment was excellent when I moved in . My Ac went out today and the maintenance supervisor Josh smith came by within 20 min and had my ac up and running within another 20 min . Very impressed and satisfied

This is a wonderful community. It’s family orientated and very dog friendly. Everyone is nice & respectful of others. The only downside is that some people don’t pick up after their dog(s). Very sad. It destroys the pretty aesthetic management works so hard on.

The ladies in front office are very kind and the apt complex is very well kept and pretty. The process took a little longer than expected but this is my second time being in an apartment.

Coming to the end of my 20 year at Stonebridge. It has been a very good choice as look back. Were there better chices I don't think so for me. Everything has been well done here. the amenities good and taken care of with improvement every year. Staff has changed over the years but always very helpful and sttentive to the residents. Location has been perfect for me. It is easy to get to almost everything.

Nice community, quiet, well kept. Office ladies are sweet and responsive. However I will say it again, when any new person moves into your complex. Instead of just having them read and sign everything- ask if they want it explained to them> make sure they are aware that if they move in on or before the 23rd of the month they will need to pay the rent that upcoming month instead of people thinking they are covered and it isn’t owed until the following month. Make sure people are prepared for that or let them move in on the 25th (which I was told would’ve made it so I didn’t need to pay until March 1) instead I got almost $200 in late fees and had to fight for the 5 day notice paper fee to be waived since it wasn’t explained to me.. I’ve never lived in an apartment since age 18 I’ve been married since. Not everyone’s lived in an apartment or understands how fees work.

I moved here and was instantly greeted by my neighbor, Kevin. He didn't need to assist me, but was very nice and helpful. The move was very easy and low stress. The community is quiet and friendly.

I got to say this is my first time ever living in Apartment . Everything is so beautiful. I love the landscaping how they keep up with it. The gym is nice though swimming pool is nice even though we haven’t been able to use it because it’s cold. And let me tell you the patio furniture is stunning. I love the colors. It brings out so much light love it.!!!

It’s been super easy to submit maintenance requests and have them addressed in a timely manner. The grounds are well maintained with excellent amenities, including a dog park which we often take advantage of. We recently moved units and the leasing office made the process as smooth as possible!

I love living at Stonebridge Ranch! I love my apartment and all the amenities. The staff is friendly and helpful always and Lori tried to have holiday get togethers to connect us all. They are fun gatherings & celebrations & we get to know our neighbors & staff more. Thank you for being there for us as well when we need extra support & help. Maintenance is quick to resolve despite being busy & they are very helpful & knowledgeable. Thank You Lori for being an awesome manager!

This is a very beautiful community and my very first department I have ever lived in. I always tell my friends and family how nice it is here. We love the pool grill the gym. Everything is clean and maintained. The entry is so beautiful love the different color flowers makes it.

Great place to live. Lots of nice areas to walk and enjoy when it's cool. The gym is nice too. I have also enjoyed the community events like wreath making and holiday party.

I have lived here for 20 years. It has been a good choice for me. Everthing is close by and easy to get to..The floor plan is perfect. Everything I need is here and I don't have to take care of maintainence, taxes or repairs.

I would have given 5 stars. But due to the non emergency after hour line not being a correct # (kept going to some random ladies cell phone) when I am a single mother of a baby.. & had an issue with my air conditioner. I could not get ahold of anyone outside of business hours was very discouraging because it was 81 degrees in my apartment.

It is a good spot to live, close to downtown Chandler and the freeway is easy access but the freeway is also kinda loud. I enjoy being able to go downstairs and use the grills at the pool whenever for a nice meal.
