The leasing staff especially Arianna were pleasant, friendly and a pleasure to work with. Arianna was timely with communications on items needed to secure the lease.

Would love to see the community become a smoke free community. As you walk around the complex, you smell marijuana so much. Also. Maintenance is amazing. Always on top of everything.

It goes without saying that I enjoy the stone bridge Ranch community getting ready to sign my fourth lease with Stonebridge Ranch the admin maintenance staff are a 10 star in my eyes keep up the good work everybody enjoys living here and and thanks for your great efforts

I'm getting ready to renew my Lease for my fourth year with Stonebridge Ranch apartments. I really enjoy the staff be amenities everything that's goes on plus the apartments not too bad either thanks a lot guys

This is my first time moving into a place of my own, and the experience could not have been better. Danielle is the one who helped me move in, and she made it such a seamless, exciting, and poistive experience. Moving can be stressful, but it isn't at Stonebridge Ranch. Since moving in, I've had the absolute best experience and I would recommend this property to anyone and everyone looking for an affordable, nice, community with all age ranges. It is extremely dog-friendly, and everyone does their part in keeping the community clean. My pup absolutely loves our new place and the new dog friends she has made at the park.

So in October will be a year that I’ve been here. Like I’ve said before it’s the first time ever I’ve lived in the apartment. I like it. There is no complaints for me. The location is perfect. Amenities are good. I love that they do things for family gatherings. I’m trying to get to know our neighbors.

This is the best property I’ve lived in in years! The grounds are amazing cause it stays somewhat cooler and I have my kids every summer so that helps a lot. And super close to work! Gotta go to one of the yoga classes!

I love it here But I do Miss my Tree it gave my place lots of shade and coolness but since we been having so much wind and storms all the trees are breaking more often very sad .

Very happy with my entire experience from touring to moving in. Everyone is very warm and welcoming, the complex is well kept and the amenities are excellent.

Pretty nice place to live! Staff & d residents are great & make it what it is. Honestly, if it weren't for the little community that's been built here we'd already be looking for somewhere else. You know exactly what type of place you're getting since it's pretty much identical (floor plan & building wise) as every other big apartment complex. It can be loud with the 202 & the air is kinda gross. The landscapers are also constantly kicking up dirt & dust into the air (& onto your car/under your door). Neighbor got Valley Fever & is doing very poorly. Corporate owned so keep an eye out for fees to use your own front door & AC, and set some money aside for the insane amount of water the complex uses despite being in a desert. Same with AC costs since the walls are thin & windows single pane. Also keep your own dog poop bags, lest the various pickup stations be empty (despite the pet rent fee that goes to...?) & passive aggressive emails get sent about dog poop not being picked up.

I love living at Stonebridge Ranch apartments! Each apartment is up to date and modern, very spacious too! The amenities are great and maintenance is very quick with work orders!

Office staff and maintenance crew are top notch. I am in my 3rd year here and extremely pleased.

It's cute I love the space especially what we're paying for it I just wish the welcome into our apartment hadn't been what it was but over all everything and everyone else is good

The property is nice and clean. Absolutely loved the amenities and the floor plan. You have an assigned covered parking spot which is a plus! Danielle is very helpful and nice !!

It’s great community, peaceful and well maintained. Management staff are all friendly and professional. Maintenance team have a quick response time. The property is beautiful well kept and like all the greenery.

It’s going fairly well. I haven’t had any issues. Friendly neighbors I have gotten to meet. It’s always pretty clean here. No complaints at this time

We moved from the Midwest. During the tour, we knew this was the place for us. Professional and caring staff from start to finish during the leasing process. Move in was exceptional. Maintenance staff is also great! Overall great community to be part of. We have particular been very please with how well everything maintain. Very quiet and safe neighborhood.

Well, like I’ve said before this area is beautiful. That vanities are nice. I’m glad that we got new furniture for the pool area which looks amazing. The colors are just inviting. The parking area is great. The In-N-Out exit are easy. So far so good.

Overall, I am very comfortable with living here. I just renewed my lease for another year. I love the layout of my apartment and especially love the laundry room.

Stonebridge Ranch Apartments is one of the better apartments. The grounds are kept beautifully. The pools are wonderful. The sitting area as well as where you can socialize is wonderful and clean and pleasant.

Stonebridge ranch has a great admin team and maintenance team that take care of your living situations on a daily basis. Was a homeowner until 3 years ago when I found stonebridge ranch to be a place that I could also enjoy just as much as my homes.

It is a very clean and welcoming community. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They always have a smile on their faces. The tenants are also nice. The grounds are kept clean and beautiful. The apartment is nice and clean on move in. I love it here!!!!????

Knowing what to expect. After 2.5 years of living at Stonebridge Ranch I've learned to expect excellence from the landscaping Team to Maintenance and Admin Team. What They say will be done is Actually Done in a Timely manner. So to meet expectations is a very important achievement that you can count on.

It's been nice. Staff is wonderful! It's loud though. And so much junk in the air either from the freeway, or the constant landscaping and leaf blowers. Having air purifiers is essential if you intent to open your windows, ever.

if anyone is looking for a new residence. I will start with Stonebridge first. They have very good staffing and also maintenance is on point. The amenities are very good and they definitely keep up with landscaping. The pool is amazing.

So far it has been a very good experience living in an apartment. I love that it’s in a good spot, where everything this is close by. And it’s right off the 202 freeway!!

I love where I live. The unit is clean and modern. The management is super friendly, and I love the convenience of keyless entry. I also have a beautiful view and wonderful amenities.

We are currently in our 5th year at Stonebridge Apartments and couldn't be happier! Our garbage disposal went bad and it was replace the same day. We highly recommend Stonebridge Apartments on a short term or long term basis.

Stonebridge Ranch has been a fantastic place to live for us. We have been here for the last 7 years and are highly impressed with how nice the staff are, alongside with the upkeep of the apartments and the landscaping. Even with being located near a freeway, the noise levels are minimal and the community is nice and friendly. For a good apartment complex, we enjoy and recommend Stonebridge ranch.

I just moved in almost 2 weeks ago and so far I love it! The community seems quite friendly and welcoming. It’s a lot quieter than where I’m coming from which is a plus.

I love living here the Complex is clean and quiet and I love all the trees and Everyone seems to be nice I like all the amenities in my Unit .

Pros- Upkeep, usually responds to requests in a timely manner Cons: Smart Home feature that was installed does not work, and now with renewal they want to charge for something that does not work, I have contacted both the company and the community. There is not much consideration for people who do not work traditional hours. They removed electronics from my apartment without consent and either threw the item or have it and will not return it.

I recently toured this property and it was SO pretty. It felt so homey, and I absolutely loved the yoga room by the pool. There is grass all throughout the property which was a huge plus. Definitely would recommend checking this place out!

The grounds are lovely and well cared for, I do think when a tenant has lived here for several years certain things need need to be done the same way they would if you lived in your own property,

The location of the apartments is a great spot for gyms, grocery and other amenities. Definitely recommended for anyone looking for apartments.

I been living here for 4 months now and I’m very happy with this decision. It came down to Stonebridge ranch and Lazo the property next door. I felt the vibes over here to be more positive . The apartment was excellent when I moved in . My Ac went out today and the maintenance supervisor Josh smith came by within 20 min and had my ac up and running within another 20 min . Very impressed and satisfied

The people here are great and the premises are clean! We've lived here for a decade and we've never had a problem. We don't plan on moving any time soon!

Love the community and the office is friendly. They helped me every step of the way and were quick to respond. I have no complaints at all!!

This is a wonderful community. It’s family orientated and very dog friendly. Everyone is nice & respectful of others. The only downside is that some people don’t pick up after their dog(s). Very sad. It destroys the pretty aesthetic management works so hard on.

The ladies in front office are very kind and the apt complex is very well kept and pretty. The process took a little longer than expected but this is my second time being in an apartment.
