Property Ratings at Stone Terrace
Trying to be as informative as I can! Very comfortable. Unit is VERY nice, new appliances.. new everything it seems. Spacious bedrooms and bathrooms.. Outside storage for your belongings(bikes, boxes, etc). I didn't have an issue with a wait list. I signed my lease 2 weeks after I applied. I was accommodated very well during the leasing process. Even if I was missing something, my office rep was very patient! They are pretty on top of things here, and I'm enjoying my apartment. The heat is A1, the AC works very well. The valet trash is good. If I miss them, I don't have an issue with throwing anything away. In a state with a very present housing crisis, I'm very grateful to have found this place. They have been very accommodating, I can't wait to put up my Christmas Tree!
Car break ins, rude service from the people at the office, the dumpster is super small but they expect everyone trash to fit INSIDE. if you leave it inside the dumpster gate they’ll go through it and fined you. We have so many gnats from the previous trash dumpster that they left unsupervised. Gnats will not go away!!
I went into the leasing office and it’s a “2 year wait list” lol okay. I drove around the neighborhood and I don’t think it’s true. On their actual website it says how many is available,it changes like every week.
