      I stopped in to obtain some info. and pricing. Maloni was very knowledgeable and kindly showed me the grounds. I only wish the attached garage was included in rent. I also wish signing a 12 month lease was not more per month. Thank you for being so helpful Maloni.

      My New Gold Standard

      As a current resident of 17 months, I am very well pleased with my stay here. I have seen a number of apartments over the last several years in Berea, Parma, Old Brooklyn, Middleburg Heights, and Strongsville. Of all the places I have stayed, this has been by far the best. I feel safe and comfortable here. My brother, who has a developmental disability, stays with me. Our leasing manager has been courteous and has addressed any concerns we have had throughout. The groundskeeping and maintenance crew have been friendly, and moreso capable and efficient. When my garage door popped out of its track and bent a roller, they fixed it within 2 hours of my maintenance request, just as one example. Amenities are excellent. I have a 2 bed - 2 bathroom unit with a balcony. Units have in-unit washer and dryer. Regular size. Not the small stacked ones. The kitchen is spacious with a number of outlets to work with. Living area has enough room for me to fit a sectional sofa while not feeling cramped. Both bedrooms have bathrooms attached. Master bedroom has a walk-in closet of considerable size. Sprinkler systems are in unit, and smoke detectors are very up to date, having been updated just before I moved in in August of 21. Valet trash pickup is provided, allowing you to put your trash out during weekdays in the evening and have it picked up as opposed to driving to the compactor. Internet speeds are solid and stable. The area is pet-friendly. I have a cat, so she doesn't go out. But they have walking paths around the compound for dog owners with waste disposal stations all over. And just up the street is a new dog park as well. Compound is secluded further down Sheldon, but is moments away from the Berea Freeway for quick highway access. I'm sure there's more I could touch on, but I believe that adequately summarizes the living space and experience. Essentially, I will be using this place as my gold standard once I move out-of-state.

      Great place to live

      My husband and I have lived here for almost 2 years and have had a great experience. The units are wonderful, community is great, and surrounding area is awesome. The maintenance crew is also amazing. Whenever we’ve needed to put in a request, they have been VERY prompt. Sometimes showing up within the hour to fix our request. If you are worried about the complex being so close to the airport, there’s no need! You can rarely ever hear the planes. Only when your apartment is silent or you have the windows open. Has not been a bother to us at all. Great place to live!

      Misleading facts on line.

      There is a extra 200 dollar fee every month for trash removal and cable. Also says on line multiple lease options. But there is only one 18 months Property neefs cleaning and painted. Small living area.

We never mean to mislead anyone, so please let me clarify - The $200 fee you mentioned includes a monthly cable package, 300 MB high speed internet, WIFI and door stop trash removal. These are very comparable rates and many residents enjoy the convenience of not having any extra bills each month for these services. We offer lease options from 6-36 months and the pressure washing/painting you mentioned is already scheduled for the warmer weather ahead.

      Resident Recommendation

      The property is well maintained, the units are spacious, neighbors are quiet and friendly. The staff is extremely responsive to maintenance requests, the manager goes out of her way to assist you as well. The business center is a very nice bonus, especially when you run out of printer ink at 3am! :-)Some garages are attached to the building (not the unit), so there's no walking in the rain! Very conveniently located! Highly recommend!

      Great Location, Great Place to Live

      Living at Stone Ridge has been amazing! The entire process of signing the lease and moving in was made super easy with the staff. Any concerns we had, there was always someone available to help out. Now that we’ve lived here for a while, we’ve found so many little things we love about it! The apartments are spacious, well kept, and have an outside entrance, which was a huge plus for us. I would recommend Stone Ridge to anyone looking for a place in the area!

      Best Apartments in the Area

      I lived at Stone Ridge while I was in grad school at Baldwin Wallace, and it was a great place to live! It is a quiet environment, which was perfect for studying and relaxing. The apartments are updated and spacious with everything you need. If anything ever needed fixed, Wayne was at my apartment within a few hours to fix the issue. He and Maloni were very friendly and helpful with any questions I had! Some other things I really liked were that the workout room and pool were well kept. My neighbors always smiled or said hi in passing! There is plenty of parking for you and your guests, and the lots are plowed well in the winter time. It is super close to BW's campus and not too far from downtown Cleveland. For those on edge about the price of the apartments, I think it was worth it to have a reliable maintenance team, your own washer and dryer, and a nice updated apartment. I could not find that at other complexes nearby. I would 100% recommend living at Stone Ridge if you are looking to move to the area!

      Great place to live!

      I've been living here for almost a year now and am pretty happy with my decision. Management and maintenance do an excellent job at keeping the grounds looking clean and manicured (it almost feels like I live on a resort). Wayne and the rest of the maintenance team are so responsive to my requests and fix any issues I'm experiencing almost immediately. It's pretty quiet most of the time, and forget that I live in an apartment sometimes.

      Don't move here!!

      I have lived here for five years. Things were great, beautiful property, excellent service..... Until something needs to be replaced!!!! Rent is not cheap, so when something needs to be replaced, replace it. Instead, everything is patch work and when it continues to not work the finger is pointed at you. The refrigerator has too much food, I'm not putting enough clothes in the washer, that's just how the air condition works(So I bought several fans to cool it down in here), got a freezer chest so I don't have as much in the freezer/fridge. Guess what, still doesn't work. Don't waste your money!! For the rent you can own a home. I thought owning a home was a headache, at least when things went wrong at home and I had it fixed or replaced it, it worked. I'll go back to owning a home and pay for my grass and snow removal. I thought apartment living would be great after owning a home, it's not!!!!! My lease won't be up soon enough!!!!

      Can’t keep long term residents happy

      The apartments are nice enough. However, the leasing manager is unfriendly and rude. If you ever have an issue she acts as if you are inconvenience even though its her job. ***She will attempt to agree to clean or upgrade your apartment to entice you to resign your lease and then refuse to follow through claiming you did not follow up with her timely (even though no timeframe was given). God forbid you have major issue with your apartment it will take months for her to approve to fix it. I had yellow jackets swarming my apartment for 3 months stinging both myself and my daughter! Be aware as most of the high ratings are from new tenants.

      Beautiful Apartment Homes

      Great place, excellent management, good value

      Just moved in this past month, so far great, all the appliances have worked upon move in, a reasonable price for the suburban Cleveland area and the maintenance staff always seem to be around for if you need them. Can't use all amentities right now, but the apartment itself is worth it. Most apartment complexes are big a community, but Stone Ridge is small. Like a village compared to a small town, all our neighbors we have met are friendly.

      Stone Ridge Is Home

      I’ve lived at Stone Ridge Apartments for several years. The amenities are unmatched, the grounds well-kept, and the environment serene. It is truly a wonderful place to live. The staff is amazing, namely Maloni, Janine, Tim, and Wayne. They go above and beyond to give the residents a fantastic living experience. I am always proud to say that I live at Stone Ridge, as it has am impeccable reputation in the community and surrounding areas. For my family, Stone Ridge is home. It has been a place for us to build a life and to have nice quiet evenings on our balcony while we’ve made memories that will last a lifetime. We briefly moved away and when we moved back to the city, we came right back to Stone Ridge. No matter where life takes us, Stone Ridge will always have a special place in our hearts.

      Great Large Dog Friendly Community

      My 100 lbs Labrador and I have been residents for the last 4 years and recently extended for another 2 years. Needless to say, I’m very happy here. The office staff is friendly and helpful. Maloni, the manager, has always made us feel welcomed and promptly addresses any questions or concerns. Tim and Wayne, in maintenance, are very quick to respond to everything from locking my keys in my garage to a problem with the furnace. It’s nice to live in a community that the staff takes so much pride in. The apartments have large, open layouts, plenty of storage and the large in suite laundry room is a definite bonus. Don’t let the proximity to the airport scare you, everyone that has visited is shocked at how quiet my home is in spite of being so close. The community is very pet friendly with open yard area and several pet waste stations throughout the complex.

      Wonderful apartments

      I've had nothing but great experiences since moving here. In just the short time I've been here management has made several improvements to the complex's amenities. Never had any problems with excessive noise from neighbors and the apartment is spacious and comfortable. Leasing office staff has always helped me out with a smile, no matter how silly I think my question is. I definitely plan on staying here for a long time! (And if you're worried about the proximity to the airport, don't be -- I can hear planes taking off and landing but it honestly is no louder than some distant thunder. And I'm VERY sensitive to loud noises.)

      Excellent apartment homes

      Having lived in this facility for a year, I can say it is an excellent choice for apartment homes! When I planned my move from Green Bay Wisconsin, I looked at many apartment home facilities in the area and although they may have been less costly, many were much older and smelled as such, were less spacious, less maintained, had community laundry facilities in awful conditions, and were located in crowded surroundings. Many did not allow pets. Stone Ridge, although more costly, makes up for many of the things I listed above. The homes by comparison are newer, spacious, well-maintained with a very friendly staff, have washer/dryers in the homes, allows pets, has a pool and gym, has a clubhouse and grill available, and is surrounded by TONS of green space, including near-direct access to the Cleveland Metro Park. Both myself and my dog greatly enjoy this apartment home community and its quiet, friendly atmosphere. I would highly recommend it to others!

      Luxury living

      The luxury apartment complex I live in is the best I have seen in years. The layout is gorgeous and I love being on the third floor because of the vaulted ceilings. The open living area and kitchen make it standout and easy for entertaining guests. The two large bedrooms with walkin closets and separate bathrooms give my son and I the privacy we need. Each apartment has its own washer and dryer which is another perk as most complexes you have to use a community one or go to a laundry mat. So glad those days are over. I thoroughly enjoy living here and waking up on the weekends to have a cup of coffee in my balcony.

      Beautiful Apartments, Great Location

      Floor plans are great; different from many other apartments with an open kitchen space as well as huge closets and balconies. Wonderful location near the Metroparks and minutes away from all major highways. Only complaint is the mandatory basic cable/internet fees. We had to upgrade to even get a simple cable box. Overall, the comminity is beautiful and we are very satisfied.
