Stone Hill Apartments

This place is the worst place to live had a leak in my apartment for over a week they just let it leak all over the place they block me from paying my rent online to make it harder for me to pay and the answer was just because they could. The amount of trash that is all over the place is absolutely ridiculous The dog park half of it is covered in trash you don't even want to let your dog run around in it because you don't know what they could eat. I could go on and on I cannot wait to get out of this place I could go on and on I cannot wait to get out of this place

If you’re ok with mold, roaches, and water leaks this is the right place for you! They’re listed as upscale apartments yet they’re far from it. Cabinetry is weathered and worn, rust around the sinks. Pests upon move in. Management is atrocious and can care less about the residents who live here. They don’t fix any problems but they’re quick to ask for rent come the first.

Way to much money for old apartment, they up the rent but don't do anything in the apartment. When you need something done you can never get anyone in the office. I have had water in my apartment for 2 days now and have heard nothing from them. I can't wait to move.

So me and my husband have been living here since 2016 and we've had our share of different managers. And I can say I don't recommend it here, the dumpster area isn't great and most of the time is messy. Also, you have to pay for everything no utilities are included. And the lack of storage here is ridiculous. Honestly, if you're looking for a place to live I would look elsewhere which is what I am doing.

I just moved in about two weeks ago. The process was very easy and the communication with the manager was great. The apartment is absolutely beautiful with the light gray laminate wood floors the bathroom is extremely roomy, and the kitchen is gorgeous with all new fixtures and stainless steel appliances. I came from a previous apartment that constantly had leaks and was extremely outdated. This is definitely an upgrade for me and my family. I would highly recommend Stone Hill Apartments.

I lived here for about a year and a half and moved in, in February. At that time the place was very nice! It quickly began to go down hill. As a dog owner it was great that they have a large dog park! But beware the photos about are NOTHING like what the dog park looks like. There is one corner of grass and the rest of the park is dirt. The trash is overflowing constantly all around the complex with dog poop, which smells so nice! And that’s from those who actually DO clean up after their dogs!! Apartment flooded from above about 6 weeks after moving in and it took over 3 weeks for it to be fixed. Which they did a crappy job repairing! If your neighbor smokes the smell will pour into your apartment. Abandoned vehicles are all over the property even though they claim to have started towing them. And the dumpster area is downright disgusting. Trash is even piled up next to the maintenance shed which is great if guy want to give mice a home! If you want a large apartment though this is your place.

We love our 2 bedroom apartment. It's centrally located in a great business area. The grounds are well kept and neighbors are friendly. Rachel, Office Manager is terrific along with Jerry in the maintenance. I would recommend Stone Hill Apartmenta to everyone who is looking for a wonderful place to live, with or without children. It's located in a good school district and provides wonderful amenities on the property. Try it, you won't be sorry.

My husband and I have been renters @ Stone Hill Apartments for the past almost 4 yrs. We have found it to be in a great location with banks, fast foods, pharmacies and markets in close fascinity. It has low maintenance. Should problems occur, maintenance personnel is quick, friendly and respectful. The apartment itself is pretty up to date and management is constantly up dating the property. The building manager in the leasing office door is always open to you and you are greeted with a smile. Down sizing from a single 3,700 sq. ft. home to a 2 bedroom apartment was an adjustment but thanks to the warmth of the Stone Hill Apartment Community and Staff, we have No regrets.

Stone hill is one of the best apartments in Brookhaven area. I have been living here from last 6 years. New management has made lot of good changes recently like new children’s park, dog park, well maintained Swimming pool and gym. All major grocery stores, restaurants, Walgreens, cvs are within 2 miles. People are nice and no nuisance. I feel very safe here. I highly recommend this apartment. -Vidhin shah

The community is very friendly and a few of my neighbors introduced themselves right away and made me feel welcome. The surrounding neighborhood is safe and you're close to grocery stores, a gym, gas, and food. The property is kept clean and the amenities are great! The office staff is responsive and very friendly and are actually willing to work with you to get you exactly what you need. I would recommend this place to anyone.

I live with my father and the rooms are spacious. They added a gym which is a great feature. Neighbors are friendly. Lots of parking. Helpful staff.

Stone Hill has been amazing since I moved in years ago. The apartment is very spacious and up to date on everything and if we ever needed something fixed it's done quickly for us.

If you are looking for a quiet and safe place to live stonehill is an excellent option! if you have dogs even better! there is a great dog park like area and dog walking stations inside the complex! the fitness center also has all the necessities and even more!

So, I’ve been living here since 2017. It’s a nice spot, quiet, and never had any complaints with my neighbors. Great front office staff that is responsive to any issues I may have. Would recommend.

Beautiful apartments inside And out so many things to do including golf,swimming etc!! Definitely recommend living here. Also 24 hour maintenance is the best.

So far I am very pleased with this complex. Everyone is so pleasant which is such a big thing for me. Rachel has been very helpful throughout the whole process. Had a maintenance issue and it was fixed within an hour. Complex is well maintained as well. Happy to call this place home!

Large rooms. Quiet area close to everything. Quick response from the management. Nice amenities.

This place is absolutely amazing to live in, Rachel is so amazing! And there’s so many amazing amenities like a dog park, park, pool, business center, gym, and even an electric car charging station! The bedrooms in the apartments are large, and the apartment as a whole is spacious. You definitely have a warm feeling living in this complex! Highly recommend!!

Stone Hill Apartments is probably the best place to live in Brookhaven. Its in an awesome location. It is safe secluded and quiet. The property is well maintained. The management company keeps your inform of any changes or updates.

I have been living at Stone Hill apartments for nearly 10 years with my family, and it honestly gets better each year! We've lived here since it was Camelot Court and there have been so many huge improvements over the last few years. We especially love the pool and all the little events that the staff have for residents all the time. Rachel in the front office and the older maintenance man have always been really nice and helpful. We haven't checked out the new fitness center yet, but it looks really nice and the business center is a nice new touch, as well. We've never had any issues with neighbors or our apartment itself. We just bought a house, which is very exciting, but we will still miss Stone Hill a little!

I've lived here about 4+ years total. In 2 different units/buildings. Both times I've moved into an upgraded unit. The unit I have now is PERFECT for me. Has everything I need. I left for a few months and came right back!! If u have kids? Perfect. PDSD is where u wanna be. Brookhaven is popping! Stone Hill is where u wanna be!

It's very nice place to raise children it has all the things your looking for like near by shopping, great school. The staffing is great when something goes wrong things will get fix In a timely matters will recomend it this place to others

Moved out of a one bedroom apartment into a two bedroom in the same complex and although it was updated, it wasnt what we were expecting. The doors were not mounted correctly so they have gaps in the framing and constantly rub on the door frame. The closet and bathroom vanity doors are also off centered. The carpet was clean for about a month before the old stains began to reappear. It did take over a month from time of putting in a maintenance to have someone come out to the apartment. You can hear people in other apartments so you dont really have total privacy. For some reason during the winter months the highest we were able to turn the heat up was to 72 degrees. That wasnt enough to keep the apartment adequately heated, especially with a, at the time, 3 month old. We have been living in this complex since 2010 and the rent just continues to climb to the point where we will have to move out soon because we will be unable to afford it.

I have been here for almost 9 years. The good: Complex is close to Brookhaven Shopping center for all your needs. Also it is close to I-95, I-476, 20-25 minutes from Philadelphia, 30-40 minutes from King of Prussia Mall. Minutes from tax free Delaware. Recently added playground and potential for a fitness center to be available on site as well. The bad: You have to pay for the pool $50 a year. I never understand this, if it's for keeping non-tennats out then maybe provide a pool pass labeled for the tennant with their names and require ID for access instead of charging additional costs. I hope the same won't be for the fitness center that is coming soon. You can smell other people's cooking in the hallway and sometimes in your own apartment. If a neighbor that smokes chooses to do so in their apartment it will spread to your apartment. Those neighbors that have dogs, you can hear the barking in your apartment at all times of day or night.

Stone hill apartments are very nice. The apartments are very nice and well maintained. Rachel in the office is very friendly and will help you with anything you need. Dan and Jerry are great. If you need something fixed they are right on it. The addition of the dog park this year is awesome. I know my dog loves to have a place to run and play with the other dogs. Jm

Been here for 3 years like the updates wish there was more closets space and sidewalks. And that emergency mantience was available still. Other than that their ok.
