Located along Sabine Lake off the Gulf Coast, Port Arthur is a historic city first established by the Atakapa Tribe. In modern times, Port Arthur is most notable for being a seaport and the home of the Motiva refinery, the largest oil refinery in North America. This seaport town is a mix of residential, commercial, and industrial developments. Restaurants and businesses line Twin City Highway and Highway 287 while the other parts of the city are made up of houses sitting on spacious lots and wide-open lands. Great place to live!

Great community where GeargeAnne and staff take care of their residents. It is really a community of people who look out for each other. Great amenities. Excellent maintenance and customer service. Fun resident appreciation activities.

I LOVE IT HERE

Let me start off by saying I NEVER LEAVE REVIEWS!!! 1st- Management has been very helpful and professional thus far. 2nd- To say that these apartments are pet friendly, the grounds are always clean and well maintained. 3rd- It's very quiet, even on weekends. 4th- The only thing I would change would be the parking. If you arrive home after 6:00p.m, be ready to walk, lol because there will not be any available parking spots ...AT ALL....AAATTT ALLLL. The unspoken rule here is, vehicles that's backed into a parking spot are in for the night. No need to sit by the window waiting for someone to leave,lol.. Even that isn't a deal breaker. All in all, I've been enjoying it here...my little piece of mind.

Quiet neighborhood and good location!

The Stone Creek Apartments are a nice apartments with a great pool. You can have dogs here which is a plus. Would like to be able to use the rec room during non business hours but the gym is open 24 hours. Good location to get to Target, Wal Mart, and restaurants quickly.

Nice but lacking!!

The apartment I live in is a very nice apartment but over priced and lacks quality, there is a club house that they advertise as one of the amenities... We are paying for it through our rent yet no one really gets to use it unless ur home during the office hours which r from 8am- 6pm during the week and closed on Sunday's (would be a nice place to have a few friends over to watch a football game or play some pool or even have a nice party). Once again we are paying for this room via our rent yet if we want to have a party or reserve the room we have to put down a 700 dollar deposits in which we get 300 of that deposite back but still overly expensive to use it.... The pool is a nice pool but hardly gets cleaned because there is only 1 maintenance man for the whole complex and he is way overworked yet they still find the audacity to raise our rents every single year our lease is up (they raised my rent about 300 dollars).... Unfortunately this is one of the nicest apartment complexes around this area so they can do what they like... They are terrible about helping out residence who have been here since it opened and good to people who just moved in yet are always late at paying rent... Only reason I give it a 3 star is because it is a nicer apartment for the area that it is in otherwise I would give it a 1 for customer service!! I am currently in the military and have lived in apartment complexes all over the country and this is by far the worst I have lived in when it comes to keeping its residents happy!!

Stone Creek Apartments

This is by far my absolute favorite place I have ever lived. The experience I have had here so far has been the best experience I have had my entire life!!! (When it comes to renting a home) The staff is so professional and the apartment is so beautiful. From their resort style pool to the fabulous spa tub in my home this is nothing less than a perfect place. The look feel and atmosphere is so happy and luxurious. My favorite part about it is the fact I feel safe. We have a courtesy officer that is here all the time. This luxury apartment is the place I want to call my home for a long while. They have definitely healed me from having bad thoughts about renting.
