I am seriously shocked by some of these other reviews because my experience at stone creek apartments has been nothing short of amazing, and my neighbors agree. The apartments themselves are literally so cute. The kitchen is a good size and everything is well built. The 2 times I’ve needed maintenance on anything, the manager had someone come straight away. We needed a new oven and they replaced it SO FAST! On top of that, the manager Dina is so kind, fast to respond and overall has been a dream compared to past landlords I’ve had. We’re going on two years here and the quality of living has only continued to impress me. The location is close to grocery stores, coffee shops, and the canal is literally minutes away which has been so lovely for daily walks. I highly recommend stone creek to any and everyone.
Trashy. Tenants are rude. Maintenance is missing in action. Management is MIA as well. No follow up on complaints.
The place recently became trashy. Litter on the ground, dumpster area has trash all over it. The maintenance man used to go around and pick up every day, but since a new manager showed up I haven't seen the maintenance man. 2 weeks. Homeless people constantly around the area. Noisy. Police show up all the time. The only good thing about the place... rent is a little cheaper than the rest of overpriced Bend.
