The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Stillhouse Vinings
The only two good things I can mention about the apartment is that it's in a good location and the apartments are newer with a good loading deck for moving. Now the bad. Way overpriced for the quality and location. Homeless people walk down the street frequently so it doesn't feel very safe around the complex. Frequent power outages even with no bad weather. Gate constantly broke and someone went through my car in the gated area when they left it open all weekend. Fire alarms would go off at 2-3 am last winter and would stay on for HOURS. And now they're trying to charge me $350+ after moving out for some ridiculous charges... during my move-out inspection they said the room looked great and I'd get my deposit back. Instead they're trying to push charges like $300 to paint few spots on a low-quality wall that is literally a layer of cardboard with paint over it... avoid at all costs.
This place is really quite something. The high speed parking garage gate keeps traffic moving quickly and it's easy to take this for granted considering I have witnessed traffic jams at other neighboring complexes. So far, there has always been a spot to park my car on my floor even during the busy times. You can see the Atlanta city skyline from the top floor of the garage as well. The amenities are super nice and decorated with classy abstract art galore. The pool area is fantastic and all 4 gas grills work flawlessly. The gym is immaculate. The apartments themselves are amazing and have been fitted with modern appliances, very high ceilings, and beautiful marble tiling. The package concierge and garbage service work flawlessly. You can get an app on your phone to open the package delivery door for couriers that don't know how to get in. The layout of the apartments are thoughtful. I love the open kitchen for cooking, and having the closet/washer/dryer connected to the bathroom is just so convenient. The walls seem to be very thick and I have yet to hear ANY neighbors or footsteps seep through. The UV blocking glass protects my artwork from sun damage and gives me more privacy. The sense of community is apparent. Every neighbor I have met so far are very nice and enjoy small talk. The star bucks machine in the main lobby is actually great and people start their day by bringing their cup downstairs and chatting with neighbors over coffee. Every friday they dish out different cocktails to tenants in the lobby during happy hour and there is a monthly pool party with music, food, and more cocktails once every month which I love. The tenants here range from 25-45 years it seems and many of them are quite beautiful and fun. The location is perfect. You can literally walk to The Battery / Truist Park where you'll find great shops, restaraunts, baseball games, and sometimes concerts. There is also a Kroger grocery store and an AMC theater 2 mn away. This place sits on the entrance to several major highways which makes your commute that much faster. The workers are super helpful and do their absolute best. Jerine, the Assistant Manager, runs a tight ship with a smile and is very friendly. Aisha the Community Manager is super down to earth and never hesitates to go the extra mile for a tenant in need. Tyler and Nayeli, the Leasing Professionals, are both really fun and friendly workers. Nayeli's smile literally lights up the room.
