About Stewart Park Apartments
Income based housing - Stewart Park Apartments is located on the Northside of Corning. Application process includes a waiting list that could be anywhere from a couple weeks to six months. There are 118 units, 45 one bedroom, 16 two bedroom, 37 three bedroom and 20 four bedroom units. All utilities are included except telephone and cable. All rents are based on 30% of your gross income. We are within walking distance to the elementary school where buses transport to the Junior and Senior high schools. There is a City owned swimming pool and Community Park located close to our property. City transportation buses pick up and drop off on our property.
