Steward Tower Apartments

Being here has been good. Its a great view of the city. The place is too open to the public though. Anyone can walk in and theirs not enough cameras and security. The price is reasonable and the maintenance needs some work but otherwise its ok.

Very quick and easy and friendly. They are also very helpful and when you ask questions they will answer everything in full details. This place is great to live in, quiet and smooth.

Building is starting to look worn down, but pricing is reasonable. The laundry room is dirty all the time. Parking is OK. It's been a decent experience.

pretty good; no complaints really. wish there was more security like cameras in the stairwells and around the property. maybe another dumpster bin

Solid price, the building is old however. Some suspect neighbors. Bring back the lobby chairs and make parcel carriers use the lockers. Oh, the water is mostly cold now for those that like hot showers.

I love the community here at Stewart Towers! It's accessible to everything food,shopping,beltway! I've been here for 7 yrs and the staff is very helpful and friendly.

I love it here at the Towers! Everything that you're looking for is here in Laurel or the surrounding area. I'm not a fan of dogs, and most of the people here don't know how to control them. .

All utilities being sprung together now without a long notice is bad. If there is a need for residents to pay it could have started off partial (ex: now have to pay water gas, with sewage electricity being included). There really isn't any advantage to stay in an older building that's increasingly becoming dilapidated with only two elevators. Mail carriers still refuse to use the parcel lockers.

The rental office makes everything run smooth :). Very helpful. every morning there is someone there to clean the hallways/ elevators parking lots and the sidewalks. no noise complaints etc.

I love it here at the Towers.The community is diverse and gaining access to all the major highways, beltways, stores and restaurants is awesome. The only thing I have a problem with is the pets in the building

Noise level (mufflers and car racing outside), screaming neighbors, fighting neighbors, and building construction noise starting weekday mornings before full light, at dangerous noise pollution levels. Power saws, drilling, heavy industrial machinery at work - ADD IT UP - sleeping here impossible! I moved here for the beautiful balconies with a row of trees which provided a really nice view and privacy. Trees gone to accommodate construction of monstrosity being built (“wellness” center) right behind us. Only good things here are the rock garden and building staff, who really do try, against impossible odds. This is now an urban industrial slum.

Experience has been ok,maintenance has been such a great help,also the property manager, she makes sure things get done.No problem with neighbors, complex is clean hallways smells great,elevators works properly

It's been 5 years,and my experience here has been great! The location is accessible to all my favorite stores and shopping centers and highways.The staff is pretty awesome and stays on top of things here at the Towers! My only complaint is I wish this was a no pets property!

needs a lot of updates but great for the price. i just wish there were better amenities. or upgrades inside the apartment. love that utilities are included

Most residents at least polite, but some just ignore you, and some are rude. Of course that’s not something that you can control. Mostly this is a pretty friendly residence.

I’ve lived in this apartment complex for about seven years. I love the complex the management is great. They take care of us. The area is safe.

Great place so far! Everybody seems very clean, nice, and quiet. There is always enough parking, even as I come home late sometimes. Really have enjoyed moving here.

Eboni, Lexi, and the maintenance staff do their best to keep the apartment complex together/ well kept and it is appreciated. They really are great! The only thing that ever bothered me is the smoking coming inside of people’s apartments. Everything else is great about being here.

It’s a better community than I even imagined everyone is friendly, I personally haven’t had any pest issues , leasing officers are responsive and sweet never had a package stolen all has been well honestly

Great experience overall. Maintenance requests are completed in a timely manner and cleaning is done daily. The only drawback would be residents who trash the common areas

The apartment is fulfilling my current need at an affordable rate. I enjoy packages being secure and open and updated laundry room. Not to mention the available parking.

I enjoy living here at Steward Tower. The staff are very friendly and take care of your needs in a timely matter. I have lived here for 4 years now. This summer I had the opportunity to swim at the sister apartment complex and really enjoyed myself. My grandson had fun as well. I am going to try out the fitness center one day. It is a nice place to call home.

This place is a great place to live. It has all amenities, the view from the balcony is amazing, the price is reasonable and everything is within walking distance.

I've been here for over a year and I have enjoyed everyone. Especially the staff. Whenever I have guests they tell me how nice the other tenants are. Thanks you all

This is my very first apartment I like everything about it , just needs a little bit of work and decor and it’ll be home. Good price for the amount of space given.

This is a very pleasant, comfortable, attractive, place to live. The staff is friendly and responsive to residents’s needs, and the maintenance staff is excellent. most of the residents are at the very least polite. The laundry room has been remodeled and provided with all new washers and dryers, as well as an app that lets you know the status of every machine (available/in use, etc.). Also, there is a lovely courtyard where residents can socialize, with barbecue grilles available. Best of all, this is a pet-friendly building.

I like living here. Maintenance fix issues in a timely manner. Leasing agents are great. There’s been more notices posted around the building which is also good

This is a great place to live I cannot complain for the most part. The one thing that is really annoying are the homeless people who beg for money at the 711.

I love it here @Stewart Towers! Great location and access to the beltway, schools restaurants and shopping malls, the amenities included are a bonus the building is nice and clean.

Well I just renewed my lease, so I'm very happy with the way things are going here ??. All of the staff is extremely polite and helpful. If there's anything that needs to be taken care of, it's done immediately.

I enjoy it here at the Towers, although some of the tennant's here are not so clean when dropping trash and or cleaning up their mess if they spill something, and not cleaning up after their pets other than that it's peaceful.

This place has really improved since I've been here. The cost of living is reasonable, the staff is friendly and the environment is perfect.

I love living here . The staff is extremely helpful and kind. I would definitely recommend Steward Towers to anyone that I know. Both the interior and exterior are as stated in the advertisement.

Attractive, comfortable place to live, with nice residents and friendly and helpful staff. Quiet most of the time, and convenient location as well. Only negative is laundry room, problems with machines and lots of wet floors.

Been here a couple years now. Prices keep going up by the maintenance of the building keeps going lower. Also this place has roaches.

Maybe one of the worst places I've ever lived. For multiple reasons. Pros: cheap, convenient location, utilities included Cans: (I could go on and on) RUDE corporate staff and leasing agents, violation of tenant rights to privacy, nasty attitudes from the leasing agents, they tow from the parking lot (for kickbacks I assume), lazy leasing agents, can hear multiple units, arrogant leasing agent, the pile of rocks and stagnant water where the pool used to be that has been there for years that they keep saying they will fix, all the utilities are included you can never get the thermostat where you want it, extremely aggressive leasing agents, takes days to get a maintenance issue fixed, leasing agents who don't care about the tenants.

I was on the for fence a while about actually moving in because of all the rewiews I have read about bugs at Steward Tower. It has been 3 years and I can honestly say NO BUG's yay. The Parking is good I have never had a issue finding a spot. If you want a spot up close get there before 5 or 6pm but never have I not found a spot. However even tough I have not has a issue they only have 10 visitor spots which seems silly to me. But I can say I have only seen it full once in the month I live here so I guess its okay. I do know that after 10 they will tow your car if you dont have a pass and you are not in the visitor spot. Noise well it is not perfect but it is okay. I have a apartment right next to the elevator so I am always hearing the ding when it gets to my floor. When you go into the hall you hear a a lot but not inside your apartment. The peace and quite is wonderful. As for the grounds they are kept really nice they even put up some stuff for Christmas. I am really intrested to see how well if well at all what they do when it comes to snow. I am afraid of being trapped in the apartemt complex. Hopefully they do well when it comes to that. When it comes to safety they do a good job I guess. Not much happens around here. I have never felt unsafe. The sence of security as a young single woman living on my own makes me feel really good. The door the the complex you need to get a access badge for as well as a code for you visitors. That works well for me however it seems like if you wait around long enough someone will let you in and that sometimes worries me. Currenly no construction has happenend so I can not speak on that. The Maintence Guy is really nice and responds pretty quickly. However the oncall maintence guy that comes over from Ashley Apartments that is owned my the same company they take forever and are extremly rude. One thing I can say is staffing has been a problem they cannot seem to keep the same people in the leasing office for more then a few months. They do allow pets which is great. I adopted a cat because I was getting lonely in my apartment there is a 300$ deposit and a monthly 40$ pet rent it is worth it though. I have seen a few dogs but no big ones. I dont like that I do not have a washer and dryer in my unit but having one in the basement is the next best thing. Overall I recommend Stewart Tower Aparttment to anyone it is a great place to live and very affordable. If that ever changes I will do another review or change this one!
