Customer service here is very poor. Neighbors are rude and inconsiderate of others. You can let them know about issues several times and they’ll do nothing about it. We cannot wait to move out of here.
Sterling Oaks Apts So quiet and peaceful it can get boring. Management does a good job of keeping the place clean and in repair. We also have a guard, a good thing now days.
Love living here, trees are lovely, requests and or information is always timely and helpful.
Maintenance Staffing has been very nice and friendly. maintenance needs major improving.
As they should Very sweet staff!! Love the little community and events! I do think the rent could be lower! Especially for a one bedroom
Thankful I really appreciate the caring community team. Being treated to the activities are great. (love the completed meals.. no prep for us and dishes are done) There seems to be a lot of work & effort, going into these gatherings. Thank you.

My maintenance request NEVER got addressed. Why are you asking for a review. No one came to address the issue. I sent a text to remind loop and no one bothered to answer. Issue unresolved.
If you're looking to be part of a tight-knit community while looking for a luxurious space to live, then Sterling Oaks Apartments is the place for you. It has all the perks of a home, from large rooms, your own washer/dryer, a pool, and even movies to rent. The grounds are well-maintained, and the staff is very accommodating. Weekly social gatherings, like Wednesday breakfast or movie night, give kids and adults alike the chance to connect with their neighbors and make lasting friendships. But, it's also a short drive away from nature if you like spending time outdoors hiking or boating on the river with family or friends. Once you move in, you'll never want to leave!
