The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Sterling Hill Apartments
I just moved in. The new owners are doing a really good job fixing up the property.
I’ve lived here for over a year now and the last 4 months they have been doing alot of improvements around the property. Things are looking good
The apartments themselves are ok. Slightly outdated but good for what is needed. The 2 bedroom apartments are pretty spacious. Yes, the apartments are pretty cheap for the space but the management company is so inattentive. There is no office on site, so relying on calls back for service requests, problems with payments and things like that are frustrating as they don't answer there phone all that often either. It just really isn't worth the cheaper rent.
Nice for older people or just a very small family nothing more
