Been living here for months, there are feral cats EVERYWHERE, they’ve damaged our cars, there is cat poop and pee everywhere. There is trash everywhere around the property. There are walnut trees overhanging every parking space and when the walnuts fall they have ALSO damaged both our vehicles. Dents all over our roofs and hoods. They let several tenants have indoor/outdoor cats and there are fleas in the CARPETED outdoor hallways, those carpeted hallways are also COVERED in dog hair. There are bugs, spiders, grasshoppers and roaches all over the place. They have double standards with tenants. They closed the pool 12 weeks early to punish the tenants because some kids bent their cheap aluminum fence. The management is ridiculous. 10/10 don’t recommend. We will not be renewing our lease. To their credit our apartment is okay. But the area is not great, just down the street there are some pretty low income houses that make the whole area unsafe and the management is quite ridiculous
I’m moving in on Saturday. The onboarding process has been so smooth. Everyone in the office is SO SWEET. The property looks amazing and in the months that we have looked at this place they have continued to add upgrades like a dog park and charcoal grills. The units are completely remodeled and so beautiful. And not slap a paint on it remodeled. ACTUALLY remodeled with new appliances,cabinets, countertops, showers ect. I’m am beyond blown away. The breezeways are clean and the laundry rooms are just feet away from your apartment. And they’re open on the weekends! So talking with people in the office is EASY and they respond and are happy to respond!
Roaches. Maintenance takes forever and both units I've lived in had holes unless the kitchen sink due to water leaks
Roaches, bed bug, dirty hall way , take a long time to fix things, and over priced
It could be a lot better, I'm not as happy as I would like to be with it but it is home for now to me and my children.
