Sterling Crest Apartments

Amazing apartments! Me and my boyfriend just moved in and we absolutely love it here! Everyone is so friendly and the community is so welcoming.

So far it has been a great change. I love how quiet and peaceful the apartment complex is. There are great benefits like a store across the road and a gym included with the apartment. I am happy to be here from my last place

Convenient location, close to shopping and food. Staff is responsive to the needs of the tenants, and handle issues quickly. Bailey and Heather are amazing.

It’s a wonderful place to live. Very quiet and clean. Lots of friendly neighbors and staff. It’s a safe and family friendly community. I love it here

Overall quite pleased with the complex so far. Very well maintained units, moved in to brand new appliances, nice neighborhood, friendly, responsive staff. The walls are a little thin, but with the way things are set up you can really only hear the people above or below you.

I enjoy living here! The staff is friendly and very helpful. The gym is a great addition for the times I can’t get all the way to my gym. I also am thankful on how often they salt and plow the sidewalks and driveway. Thank you!

Time here has not been the best. Rent is extremely high and consumers is extremely high even tho we barley use it. However staff is very friendly

It’s a community like this one that allows me to live with my animal. The staff also help with a great experience to help call this place home.

I haven't actually moved in yet, but so far the place is nice. Heather and Bailey are amazing and extremely helpful. I look forward to my time there.

The office workers,Heather and Bailey are Awesome! Maintenance is nice and respectful. Being a friendly person, it’s awkward feeling to speak to your neighbors and they look at you like who you talking to but that’s life. I get that parking is first come first serve. But a pet peeve when a neighbor never moves a truck for 2 months going on 3, it a little annoying, it parked in a front parking space. They usually take 3 spaces in the front so it like musically chairs to see who will get the last front space daily. Common courtesy doesn’t exist in the parking lot.

Very friendly community. They get stuff done quickly and efficiently very nice grounds and the snow removal is a great thing to have in a community like this and salt is put down quickly

I feel like my experience has been OK as far as living here, but I have seen minor problems that I don’t like as much but as far as the neighborhood and the area it’s is okay .

Very friendly environment. Great amenities to do maintenance. People are amazing and always willing to help. only thing I would change is how the parking is done. Never have room to park. Always stuck parking far and walking because one person has three or four cars.

Love living here it’s a quiet and beautiful place. The grounds are always clean summer and winter. Neighbors are friendly and the staff are always a phone call away.

Apartments are very well-maintained. Although they could do a better job salting and plowing the area. Other than that, nothing else I would change very friendly community nice people to talk to. And outgoing staff.

I love living here at Sterling Crest. Clean community, great staff and all of my neighbors have been so pleasant. I plan on living here a few more years until I’m ready to purchase a home.

I thoroughly enjoy the moving process. It was quick and easy! The only thing I wish was better is the park. This is really not a huge deal but I wish it was bigger. My six year old doesn’t really like it because she thinks it’s the size for toddlers. Other than that this has been a great move!

These apartments are vary and depending on the location and it amenities of the apartment the community great. The staff is very helpful and understanding and it can be helpful for you to stack up for a new home and they are pets friendly and that’s what I like the most about it they are Quick to resolve any problem or issue

I love the peace and quiet and the community. I couldn’t imagine staying anywhere better. I love the facilities and the layout of the apartment. I would refer any and everyone to live out here.

Day one living here I’ve never had an issue. My kids and I are safe and in a caring environment. The staff is great and they are like family, all of the units they have they know exactly where you live by your face . You can tell how much they care . I love living here ??

Love this place I am new to Saginaw and this apartment is perfect the area is in the back right across the street from dollar general and very close to food and other things

Very pleased living in a clean and respected community. The staff is amazing they make you feel like family from the time you move in a clean fresh painted apartment. There is no trash hanging around on the premises. They sometimes plan children’s activities in there new remodel clubhouse. Great place to live!!!

A nice place to live. Very quiet. Never had any problems with neighbors being too loud. Maintenance guys are great and fast. Heather and Bailey are awesome.

Neighbors are friendly, Staff are receptive and very helpful! Grounds are well cared for. Always feel safe. Have lived here for three years and loving it!

I love the peace out here. The community is very polite and clean. The only disdain I have is the dumpsters. Sometimes they overflow and it seems waste management might need to be more frequent. But for the most part this is a very nice community.

I put in a request for a new dishwasher because the old one wasn’t cleaning my dishes and eventually my request was granted. Gary came right over and installed it and I’m very satisfied

Good apartments, friendly staff and maintenance is quick to help out when needed. Nice neighborhood and the pool is definitely a bonus, only thing that we really had an issue with is counter space in our kitchen.

I love the community it’s very quit everybody friendly! I never had an problem I love the it out here very safe for my kids never have to worry about nothing

I love how beautiful it is here and how amazing the pool and gym are as well! My only tiny problem is the people living upstairs are very very loud and make ridiculously loud noises that keep me up all night!

I’ve been here for two, going on 3 years now. The office ladies are super nice and helpful. Gary, the maintenance man, is quick and all around great guy. It’s quiet, and convenient to everything you need!

Bailey is amazing! The community is clean and well kept. Move in was made very easy. I was pleased to see we had new flooring and paint prior to move-in!

Great place to live. I’d love to live here longer if it wasn’t for the price going up so much. Other than the price I’ve never had a problem.

I’ve been living out here since 2007-2008 and let’s say a lot has changed. Love the area of the complex and my apartment. Maintance is excellent!!!! Love the confidence of the gas stations, restaurants and shopping centers.

My roommate and I have been living here for two and a half years and these past couple of years have been filled with so much fun and joy. We have appreciated Heather and Bailey for everything they have done for us with any need within their power! We love it here!

Apartments are cozy and clean in a secure place. Staff is friendly and helpful. Maintenance is quick and efficient. As a first time apartment owner this complex has made the experience very enjoyable.

After 2 months I couldn’t be happier about moving here. The office staff is always willing to help you Gary in maintenance is friend no matter how many times you call on him. Truly enjoying the pool!

The staff are super friendly and work hard. They keep the complex very clean. It’s in an amazing location, quiet area but not far from all that Saginaw has to offer. I am so happy I chose Sterling Crest Apartments to call home!

I love the community I like the people around me and it’s so quiet don’t gotta worry about nothing bad happening my kids can enjoy going outside

It’s been wonderful living out here. The people is friendly. The pets are friendly. It’s quite well it’s not too far from Dollar General or Rite Aid. It’s a nice environment for the kids. They got a playground. I like the fact that they got the pool. It’s just a generously out here.

I love living here. Heather and Bailey are so nice and helpful and the maintenance men are awesome! They always come and fix things in a timely manner. I’m going to miss this place when I leave.

Generally a nice place to live, however, to many stray cats that jump out the trash dumpsters at night. I love the cleanliness and manicured lawns. We are yet waiting on the grass for the back part of the complexes.

Apartments are very outdated, and the “replacements” are just as outdated. Every time you turn the light on in the bathroom the fan goes on as well.

Office staff is great! We were disappointed with our move in when it didn’t seem like the apartment was fully cleaned. It had new paint. When we submitted office requests for these things to be fixed, they were taken care of immediately!

I have had zero trouble with my move in to Sterling Crest. The service here is excellent! I have been very impressed with the experience and am so happy I chose to live here!
