I’ve been here for almost a year and haven’t had any bad experiences unlike some of the other residents. It’s clean and quiet for the most part which I really like because I am still a student. Literally the only small issues I have had were problems with a small leak under my sink and a small hole in my outside screens for my windows and both were fixed within 24 hours. The thing is, is this is not bad in reality. I feel like apartment living has other challenges that owning your own home does not and vise versa which people forget to expect when they consider living in apartments. Overall I am happy and will be here for another year.
As a resident, I am pleased to call Stephenson House my home. I've lived here for several years and have been pleased with the service. The staff has been very helpful and timely with repairs. The property offers many conveniences. It is "pet friendly", accessible to major freeways, parks and shopping.
I have lived here for 6 months and have had nothing but good experiences with management. They are always prompt when returning my phone calls or emails. It is a decent place to live. You can't find a place this nice for such a cheap price. I love the pool during the summer, and the property is kept clean during the year. They are pet friendly and the neighbors in my building are very respectful.
Nice neighbors you have a pool and also they are very welcoming, great leasing management and also up keep of property is good been living here for a while would not trade it for anything.
