The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Stephens Park
we have been living in this apartment for 9 years, and they don't even change the carpet, and they don't repair things, the house breaks down, this apartment is the worst place to live, the car broke down, and we were repairing it so that it walks, and take it to the mechanic They say that we made a lot of noise, and of many things, and they chase us away like animals, they gave us 10 days to leave, not recommended for people who walk making noise
I love the place and my neighbors. It's close to everything. Everything is practically walking distance but management is awful. We had a day where they had to come and measure the windows and she came in with the worst attitude. Complaining about every little thing. I've lived here for 10 years because I love the place but we need new and better management.
That's what its all about. I can walk to work, shopping, movies and a variety of places to eat. If low on cash I can go to a variety of fast food places. If I want to step it up a notch I can go to the best pizza place in town hands down. Or if celebrating there's a great local restaurant with superb cuisine. Along with this I get a beautiful park like setting with benches and built in outdoor grills! No sterile boring apartment building for me!
