Your system is confusing as well as annoying… trying to pay my rent with ease but have to deal with mistakes concerning the amount. Other than that my experience is good because yall kept the same staffing from the previous company

Hello. I have been living here for the third year. My impressions: the territory is not well-kept (everything is in dry leaves); the grass irrigation system does not work throughout the territory (there is yellow dry grass everywhere); barbecues have been cut off from the recreation areas (earlier it was possible to go out into the yard in the evening and grill meat, now this is not possible); garbage is everywhere (on Fridays and Saturdays, when everyone is at home and there is a lot of garbage, on these days the garbage is not taken out); the dog park is in terrible condition. The cost of water has increased from $50 to $80 in two years. There is NO playground for children, although there are a lot of families with small children here and they have to play in the parking lot for cars.

My resident experience has been great. The place is clean, safe, and the staff are friendly. I’ve enjoyed the sense of community and how quickly any issues are handled. It feels like home.

Best location on Boca Raton, the amenities is amazing with two pools and a gym. Grilling is no problem since both pools have grills. The food trucks are clutch also.

I live here for 3 years and I love it. The management always goes above and beyond. Lauren And Debra are the best!!! All the staff is really great and knowledgeable.

I moved a short time ago and I'm really enjoying living here. A very quiet place with welcoming neighbors. I moved from where I lived because there were many insects, cockroaches in the apartment and here for my peace and relief I found nothing.

Since I moved I've been having problems with my washing machine, it's old, it looks like it's had several repairs and the pipes are dripping. Not to mention that the suite's bathroom is clogged with coins from the previous tenant.

Friendly transition moving in… would have like to have seen the exterior of the stairs washed; lots of stains from garbage and residue from over time

STELLA Boca Raton maintenance strives to provide prompt accurate service to their favored tenants. Pools and surrounding are well kept; furnishings were changed out Spring 2025. There are large older trees around this campus/complex and despite the grand entrance, they're not all palms; many are deciduous so we do get the sun in winters. One can enjoy cooler temperatures near the evergreens around the pond that separates our grounds from the neighboring complex. STELLA is within easy walking distance of every needful thing. It feels safe living here. The location is strategic. Boca Raton is not connected to the problems that come with public transportation; it's selectively available with final drop off ending around 4pm for our insulation. We aren't generally in flood plains or hurricane paths so there's a bit more peace here. I like it enough here. It's a good choice. Not many complexes get this kind of review. This one is worthy. I've lived here for almost three years, since the condominium was called Arium and is now Stella, and my experience has been gratifying. It's a great neighborhood.

The staff here genuinely care about their residents, ensuring a welcoming and supportive community. They are always available to address any concerns or questions that may arise. Additionally, the process of paying rent is incredibly straightforward and hassle-free, making it easy for everyone to manage their finances. Overall, the combination of attentive staff and convenient payment options creates a positive living experience for all residents.

The community was really nice with well-kept amenities like a pool and gym. It’s surrounded by trees and right next to a park, which was great for evening walks or just hanging out and chatting with friends. Plus, it’s super convenient—Publix, CVS, and a bunch of food spots are all within walking distance. The neighbors were also really friendly, which made the place feel even more welcoming.

Staff is extremely nice. Neighbors do not keep common areas clean. ie: stairways and landings. Great walking area around neighborhood and very close to lots of shops. Hopefully new management company cleans the place up.

I lived at so now called stella apartments for just over 2 years, and overall, it was a comfortable and convenient place to call home. The location was ideal—close to shops, restaurants, and public transportation—making daily errands easy and commute manageable. Parking would be my main complaint as there is not enough, personally I would recommend reserved parking for residents It’s a solid choice for anyone looking for a practical and pleasant living space in a good neighborhood.

Property is kept tidy. Quick response from office with any issues we had. Nice location with shopping and dining within walking distance. Washer could be larger but they worked with the space they had.

We are really happy, and enjoying our beautiful home ! We love the park and the fact the neighborhood is pretty quiet..neighbors are friendly.There's just about everything we need right around the corner..

It’s quiet and secure. The staff is great. The only thing that is missing is a kids play area. The kids have to play on the parking lot grounds

Friendly staff but not clean neighborhoods. We’re told how to keep our patios so they aren’t an “eyesore” but the sidewalks, walkway to your front doors, are all stained and dirty and different colors. The bushes have no leaves. The grasses are just dirt. There is no storage in the units. Our whole kitchen only has one drawer and no storage closet anywhere in the unit. Every time we ask for maintenance they either don’t come or they do come to take a picture of the situation and then never return back. There is never any parking at all. Seems like they don’t have enough parking for all units, so sometimes you’ll end up parking VERY far from your unit.

Everything is great here at Stella apartments. No issues. They have plenty of parking spaces here. I have been here three years. I am staying here till I buy a home.

After signing my new lease, I had to constantly follow up on my application due to management changes, computer downtime, and an overwhelmed staff member. It was hard to get responses or have my calls answered. I had to get my welcome letter from another employee to learn about my approved apartment. I also got a parking boot on my car because I didn’t receive a parking sticker when I moved in, and my amenities key fob arrived a week late. Additionally, the downstairs bathroom was clogged when I moved in. Fortunately, the maintenance staff was quick and helpful, and another office employee guided me through the process. I’ve heard they are training new staff, and I hope for improvements in management.

I live here and I’m very satisfied. The environment is peaceful, family-friendly, and feels very safe. The neighbors are polite, friendly, and always respectful, making daily life very pleasant. The common areas are well maintained, and the organization of the place is a real highlight. Additionally, the location is very convenient, with quick access to markets, pharmacies, and schools. It’s a great place for anyone looking for quality of life in a welcoming and harmonious environment. I’m very happy to be part of this community!

Arium Boca Raton is absolutely wonderful! The lay out of the 1 bed 1.5 bath is beautiful and very unique. Unlike anything else you will find in Boca Raton. Very happy with the staff as well along with the apartment as a whole.

Qualifications or application process is very quick less than 24 hours, office staff very nice….and helpful…

Overall looks attractive with lots if trees and clean roods, The apartment are old and same as the inside amenities. Also rent is very high need to optimize the rate for those who are staying for long term plan

They never have propane at the pools, they don’t unlock the pool gates. The office staff is snobbish, rent is extremely over priced by hundreds and hundreds of dollars. Grass is poor quality. They charge you extra to use the gym. I know numerous people who have moved out and I have too after many years.

Always I order a maintenance they come fast and do good service. I’m living here now for 3 years and really love it!

I’ve lived on the property for 3 years now and Arium has always been professional and courteous to any requests. Definitely recommend moving to the property if your considering it. They keep the grounds well maintained, great neighborhood, maintenance does a great job. Leasing office staff is great! No issues at all.

Arium is average apt complex. Too expensive and my apt isn’t updated.

En este momento yo no le recomendaría a nadie rentar acá. El servicio al cliente es pésimo. Pareciera que el cliente va es a pedir al personal de la oficina. Lo único hasta ahora que no me ha dado inconvenientes es el mantenimiento.

Great location and a fireplace. That being said, so not move into this complex. Units are poorly laid out and small. Furnishings in the kitchen and lighting are dated and poor. Constant notices about fines. Your guests car could be booted and if you call managemt they say they have nothing to do with it. How can you hire a company that services your property but not have any communication with them. People smoke marijuana everywhere and leave trash everywhere. Almost every second bathroom has a towel hanging in the window to prevent passing by people from looking into the shower because the glass is see through. Management will tell you one thing and do another. You can use the pool but have people that live near it yell at you if your child makes noise or you have music on.

The apartments were beautifully renovated. Nice quality countertops and kitchen appliances. Very nice pool area and quiet neighbors. Also the managing staff is very nice and helpful.

Poor management staff. If you want to wait 6 months for anything to get done then this is the place for you. They mark the work orders as completed when they have not completed any job. If the order is open for too long they will mark it as done and forget about it. But why am I still here? convenience.

Overall, this is a great community. Excellent location and close to everything. Landscaping could use some updating, but overall I am very happy living here. I relocated from CA and I am so happy to be back in the warm, tropical weather.

Been living at Arium since April and we are happy here. Nice community.

Management is horrible. Everyone has attitude and no management staff cares about residents especially the from two employees in the office they act like they own that place and give a care.
