Beautiful surroundings with ponds and accessible walking trail. Shout out to maintenance! Dale usually responds in less than 12 hrs. Even came to change my thermostat batteries (within an hour!!!). He showed patience in showing me how to do it next time. Garage went off track. He fixed it that day. I am very happy with the staff.

Moving here was the biggest mistake of my life. Horrible rude management that only care about taking money anyway possible. Office tried to raise rent by 75 dollars midway through lease and when challenged we figure out they never signed any of the legal documents so they could back out at any time. honestly live anywhere else and you will have a better experience.

Windows in apartments are dated to the late 80's - early 90's. Let's heat in during the summer and cold in during the winter. Must cover windows if you don't want a 170+ bill for HVAC. Grass grows very long till they get a team out to mow. Post signs on front door to apartment building and don't remove ever. Until someone in the building does after months of expiration date on the posts. Parking lot needs to be redone. :-/ great area for families. Quiet neighborhood

Used to be a nice place to live. The hallway in my apartment was not cleaned for months. Smelled funky and trash and debris laying about. The exterior lights were out and no one would fix them. Peeling paint on the doors. Can’t get anyone to answer the phone when you call. Go elsewhere

Rent here is much more affordable than elsewhere in the area -- and here is why -- The buildings/units/appliances are a little dated but in GREAT condition. On move in it appeared to have new carpets, fresh paint, and clean. The balcony is awesome and the living space is quiet. Living in many apartments over the years, neighbor noise is always my biggest issue (light sleeper and sensitive to noise in general), however, at Steeplechase I hardly ever hear my neighbors.. and if I do it is just a stomp or heavy step VERY occasional and it is dampened enough that most people probably wouldn't even notice it. Maintenance staff has been called 2 times -- once for a gas leak near my hot water tank valve and once to replace the refrigerator (they replaced with with a brand new model). The maintenance issues were handled within HOURS of filing a ticket and always solved within a day. Overall a wonderful place to live if you want to live in the Mason/Loveland area. You won't get the newest/fanciest/most modern refrigerator/stove/dish washer/oven/sink fixtures BUT you will get a wonderful community, a quiet living space, and a maintenance staff that acts pretty darn fast to issues. There also is always enough parking spaces. Overall I think they keep rent prices low because they maintain the units and appliances they have. (and buy new ones/upgrade when they absolutely need to.. which to me is not an issue because as long as my dishes are clean and my food is warm, and my living space is quiet.. I could care less if the appliance was from 1990 or 2017)

I have honestly never been happier in an apartment complex. The property is close to everything I need, and well maintained! The apartments are spacious and clean. Great area, great prove!
The complex is a great location, centered from a big shopping area. Only a 25 minute drive to downtown Cincinnati. They have great amenities such as tennis courts, basketball court, pool, and fitness center. We were fortunate to get an apartment with new appliances. My wife and I must have a washer/dryer connection, which they have. We've had several maintenance requests and they were done perfectly immediately. There was also a pipe burst during very cold winter temperatures in the building while we were at work. They identified the issue right away, reached out to us while we were at work and immediately took care of the issue and gave clear directions on what to do in the room that had a high risk. The staff are always friendly and courteous and so are the neighbors. I would highly recommend Steeplechase Apartments for anyone looking to live in the area.
nice place to call home. Apartments are becoming somewhat dated, but aren't we all? 3 star landscaping. Dog park. Lot of positives to living here.
