When I initially moved to the property, it was beautiful. Now, the property looks like a war zone. Massive exterior construction to repair all the issues that went wrong in the initial build has been ongoing with little to no progress for over a year. When the siding came off, you could see black mold that management implied was just discoloration. It was embarrassing to tell my friends where I lived and had to make excuses all the time. Residents with large dogs never pick up after them even though there are baggies and receptacles available. Trash service does not occur nearly enough for the number of trash compactors and residents. The two pools are nice-when they are not closed. These pools always open late and close early compared to the other properties in the nearby radius. The hot tub rarely worked during the last year I was there and we heard nothing but excuses as they just patched things but never fully fixed them. Huge differences in the interiors of similar apartments so, if you do make this decision, look at which unit you are getting because it may not look like the showroom. To top it off, management seemed surprised when I told them why I was not renewing my lease.

It’s all relative! Staff great, owners IDK

So every review is relative, correct. It’s based upon your own past experiences and what your expectation is of a living situation. Each property comes with its own vibe and atmosphere. But what I found here is that the staff that we have now is exceptional and doing the very best they can with the resources that they have. I have found that when I put in a maintenance request it is usually done within 1 to 2 business days. The neighborhood is quiet. Security is OK. My only concern is that the south pool is not open for the kids and some neighbors are not so neighborly and they forget that this is a family community. Other than that it’s pretty OK. Oh also when you are considering renting here make sure that you tell them which school district you want to be in so that they can place you accordingly because this complex covers two separate school districts.

Amazing place for a great price!!

Looked forever for a place for my mom that was nice, accommodating, and friendly! Costs were cheap enough but the amenities were fancy! Love it here!

I have been at Steeplechase for a couple years now and love it. Pools, work our room and the dog park. I think they need to add some upgrades to the dog park but other then that I love it here !!!!

Amazing

The amenities are AMAZING, we have had a excellent experience, walls can be thin but it’s a non issue, you’re living in an apartment you can’t really expect silence. We had a issue with the shower head moving from the was but as soon as they got the email they had someone there and fixed it within 24hours! We definitely plan on staying here for about 3-4 years til we buy our forever home! So if your looking to find a place you’ll be happy definitely move in!

Terrible Management

This place has terrible management. They’re extremely disrespectful and they have a lot of hidden fees. There’s very thin walls, you can hear every step a person takes. The management is very much money hungry. Also, lately there has been frequent internet repairs when it was working perfectly fine. Every week there is an internet repair with no guarantee on when these so called issues with the internet will be fixed. Residents will go through most of the week without internet then the next Monday the same thing will happen again. If you are looking for an apartment I highly suggest you look else where this is not worth it.

Staff is friendly helpful and very courteous. Lots of amenities. Great location to lots of things.
