This is by far my favorite apartment I have lived at in Eau Claire. You don’t have to worry about any utilities or community laundry. Any concerns that I have, management is easy to contact and responds quickly. The apartment unit itself has so much space and is very modern. There are storage units on site, fitness center, community room that’s perfect for homework and studying, so much more!
