Not worth it

Typical apartments where they will nickel and dime you for everything they can when you move out. The apartment manager Kim is totally and completely worthless. She never answers her phone. When she needs something from you, she's on you like white on rice. If you need something from her...forget it, she's nonexistent! The pool is open for 3 months out of the year, and for only daytime hours. The fitness centers are a joke- a treadmill, a bike and some rinky dink dumbbells. The changer in the laundry room is frequently out, and Kim said it's not her job to maintain them. The washers work fairly well, but there's only a couple of dryers that will dry your clothes in one cycle. Don't believe all the reviews from these local guides. They're probably getting paid. This place really isn't worth what they charge.

They'll find anyway they can to take your money. Through hidden fees and will squeeze you for all you got

Great Suburban Living

Great new complex. Lots of great amenities - pool, community room, theater room & exercise room. New updated appliances. Common Areas always clean. On top of lawn maintenance & snow removal. Great management.
