The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Station Lofts
I have been here since 2017, the New Management is awesome. It is conveniently located to downtown area, close/walking distance to so many places to socialize. I feel safe and adore my place. Neighbors are great, quiet and friendly.
Moved in before christmas 2015. Maintenance wasn't great -public areas could have been better kept but that has improved recently. Manager is great - lives onsite and she has a genuine interest in the place. Lots of steps if you live on top floor -feels safe though.
I've been here for a few years... And after being under 3 different management companies, it seems like it's time to go. Initially, it was a great place to live. Conveniently located near downtown and in the middle of everywhere you want to be. I haven't been extremely pleased with the new management due to costs they try to force on the residents. Sometimes it's hard to get In touch with the office. But overall, it's okay. If you're looking for something in between, it's cool.
