So far it’s been great. Everyone is helpful and friendly. The building is beautiful. The grounds are pretty and it makes it a great place for my dog to live at.

The staff experience could be a lot better. The staff are similar to RAs in college - limited communication and little to no people skills for current residents. Their priority seems to be new residents and current residents are always seemingly talked down to and deprioritized.
Really enjoying my new apartment at Station Bay! Beautiful building, great amenities, and the location by the train is perfect. Happy with my decision to move here so far !

Clean amenities, helpful and friendly staff. Just wish that courtyard 2 wasn’t closed during the winter. The amazon lockers are great to have.
Maintenance team deserves more than 5 stars!!! Residents are friendly, grounds and facility are well maintained, and location is ideal for commuting plus it’s within walking distance to some great places to grab a bite to eat.

I just moved in bit the professionalism and helpfulness really put me over the top with Leasing here. From the beginning to end. The process is a little tedious to complete, but after thinking about, that is part of why this place seems to be a good place to stay. Great. However new incoming residents have to be better educated for proper station bay rules and regulations. Also, too many unwelcome dogs and lazy owners are here and leaving their “movements” all around the property.
Only been here a week but as of right now I can say that management is professional and attentive and the community seems nice as well. Parking how ever seems to be limited.

Love the swimming pool, ferry and train are nearby and beautiful water front and environment. The only thing is the noise from phase 2 construction and too many cars and trucks coming in and out due to construction and ferry.

Been here over two years and has been great. All major highways are easily accessible and the train and fairy are walking distance. Only complaint would be the ongoing construction for the new building.

Life at Station Bay has been nothing short of wonderful! My Mother just stayed with us for the last 8 days to help me recover from surgery and she loved every single second of her stay! We enjoyed some of the amenities, great weather to walk around south amboy and the community St. Patrick’s day event also! LOVE it here!
