Amazing community

Absolutely love the friendly staff and how kid, adult, and pet friendly. With having pool parties with food, games and prizes. They always make sure to keep the community clean and looking amazing. I love having access to the gym when ever. Also has a cute trail along the train track my kids love when the train goes by and goes choochoo. Also have a nice grill area with corn whole and hammocks with lights at night to make it look so pretty. Also it's close to everything. I would highly recommend living here and if your on the fence come in and take a tour.

Great service.

My wife and I had a very hectic schedule trying to line up movers and time everything. Ian and the rest of the amazing staff did everything to accommodate us. Including having our keys available last minute on a Sunday when we and the movers were showing up.

Great Community, Great Management

Lauren & team promptly communicate, are friendly and always professional. They sincerely care for the community, the cleanliness and safety of community, and above all else - the residents. There are always fun resident appreciation events going on from food trucks to happy hours, pool parties. The property is well maintained, and there are always enhancements being done. Recently, they added more visitor parking to accommodate the residents, it has been so helpful. You wont find better property managers, and you wont find a better home if you are seeking an apartment.

Great Place to Live

My apartment is very open and spacious. All the latest kitchen upgrades. Walk to downtown Woodstock. Clubhouse is really cool. Great staff!

We love Station 92

I’ve lived here for going on 5 years and we LOVE our home. We are conveniently located, the property itself is very safe and we love the amenities. The pool is beautiful and our favorite place to spend our Saturdays. The gym has everything we need and there’s lots of space to do weights, machines, or cardio. Alaya and Lauren in the office are AMAZING. They truly care about their residents and are willing to go the extra mile to make home feel like home. They are so personable and easy to talk to. The maintenance team is amazing- they are speedy and thorough and such nice guys. I give Station 92 all the stars.

Wonderful staff

Stacy was very accommodating and pleasant. Took her time showing us several options and gave us all the detailed information we asked for. Couldn't as for more. Will be deciding soon and Station 92 looks to be our top pick!

Maintenance Issues

Initially I thought the complex was well run. But after 4 months of being there I had to request that my air filter be changed. Air filters should be changed quarterly. By the time I moved out in December there had never been an announcement of any filters being changed and my neighbors hvac unit quit working due to a dirty filter. They also installed a sprinkler system throughout the complex without giving any notice. There was mud everywhere for weeks. After I complained, they finally put some sod down but since they never turned off the sprinkler system even when we had plenty of rain it remained a muddy mess. They also left it on after the temps dropped and my neighbors car doors froze shut. You can also clearly hear the person living above you, such as when they go to the bathroom, cough, walk, etc. The garbage dumpster was always overflowing and you could hear the valet service complaining about the garbage and lack of lighting. I would not recommend living here.

Beautiful inside! NEW MANAGEMENT STAFF STINKS !!!!!, EVEN THOUGH STACY WAS PREVIOUSLY WITH RAM WHICH IS AN AWESOME MANAGEMENT COMPANY MAYBE THERE IS A REASON SHE IS NO LONGER WITH RAM BECAUSE HER CUSTOMER SERVICE STINKS!!!!

Great apartment

i love this apartment its is very spacious an very quit. My boyfriend an I just moved in an we have had no problems. We relocated from Maryland an the leasing staff was very helpful with making sure we had everything set up when we got there. I must say that for the price you get a lot of space, amenities, as well as support from the community. Hope this helps someone with there decision.
