About Station 42
Our exciting student housing near USF welcomes you, inviting you to find your perfect home with us. We know that a great living experience is more than just a roof over your head. Our renovated community allows you to buckle down in our private study lounge or stay fit in our fitness center. Station 42 has what you’re looking for, with a coffee bar for that morning pick-me-up and a resort-style pool and hot tub for an evening wind down. As a student housing style community, we offer individual leasing in our four bedroom and four bathroom apartments. Each resident will have their own bedroom and private bathroom, only sharing the kitchen and common area in our oversized 1700 sq ft floor plan. It’s all here, now all you have to do is start living.

good, very nice place to live. management is also chill and helpfull. i do not know what i can say about how much better this place is from my previous place.
The facilities are clean and well-maintained. I like living at Station 42 because the maintenance team is responsive to work orders filed and the office is available.

People are nice and the student-workers are trying to seem accommodating but many problems/ concerns and maintenance requests have gone unresolved. Our washing machine has been broken for a while and makes ungodly sounds when in motion and when they came to fix it they told us to just put less clothes in. Our apartment has had mold multiple times now and we have had no actual help to reduce and eliminate the problem and last but not least these apartments are too expensive for what we actually get, which is reduced security from a broken entrance gate that seems to work for a couple days at the beginning of each semester, limited access to our packages because we can only access them during office hours and very limited visitor parking.

Overall very good, clean, and a safe space. I would recommend living here due to the nice units, friendly staff, and clean area. The amenities are super nice.

Decent so far. The place is a bit dated but it’s really good value for the price. Amenities are good but the gym is a bit small. No major complaints

I've enjoyed living here for the last two years! I think the amenities are great and the front office is timely with packages. There's not a lot of noise and the only complaint I would have is the parking lot.

Spacious student living with newer amenities, the bathroom is a bit older, valet trash would be nice and the parking is horrendous. On the upside, the rent price is a good deal and the office is nice filled with friendly people!

Nice amenities, no big problems, limited plumbing problems. Only issue is that the roommates were paired oddly. Staff are nice but don’t have much control over everything— so you may have to ask for a manager.

The current staff is definitely one of the perks of living here! The office staff is incredibly organized, personable, and very helpful with any issue that has come up. The maintenance workers respond quickly to work orders, are very polite, and are always willing to sit and explain any concerns with you.

The apartment was so dirty I had to deep clean once I stepped foot in my room. Some of the furniture is old. The only building advertised on their website is 4202 which is the newest one. I was assigned to one of the other ones so it was disappointing to see that it did not look like the one advertised in the pictures. It is whatever though, I made it work.

Station 42 is a very spacious apartment compared to some of the other surrounding off campus apartments for the price you pay for. The maintenance is very good and the staff is always available to help with any concerns or needs. Overall a very good spot to live in for students.

there are many minor details and damage that have been overlooked like moldy ceilings, stains on walls and cracks. But i enjoy the fact that the apartment is spacious.

Have lived here for almost a year now and I have had a fantastic experience as a resident of Station42. Housing is at a good cost for what is provided. Only issue is some bugs and needed some maintenance but besides that, its a good apartment.

It had great space within the rooms but the appliances were old, the floors were dirty and overall not maintained well. I recommend going to another place as wifi sometimes acts up and it is not reliable and the parking during fall and spring is horrid.

Rooms are big and maintenance is pretty good and fixing things in a timeline. There are some things they implemented that can be a hassle such as the visitor parking.

The apartment is a pretty good size for college living. The furniture is nice and comfy, definitely a step up from what I expected. I really loved the new locks they put in. The place has a good layout, making it easy to move around and set up my stuff. The kitchen is well-equipped, and having a decent amount of counter space is a huge plus. The bedrooms are a nice size, with plenty of room for my bed, desk, and some extra storage.

great apartments, bedrooms are roomy and desks are large, the chair that comes with the apartment is quite poor in quality. The closets arent as large as some may be. Internet is high speed. Only real complaint is that they are very stingy on parking, its a small visitor lot and visitors must get a permit from the resident they're visiting, and residents only get to give out 14 permits per month.

These apartments are good if you can make them good. Only problem is the humidity but that can be solved with a dehumidifier, highly recommend.

There is Good maintenance, it comes very fast. The place is not loud, neighbors are usually quiet during the week. Office answers to phone calls.

It’s a cheaper apartment complex compared to the other ones near the area. Some apartments were not cleaned properly prior to move in though, which led to a big problem in the apartment. Also the wifi is very iffy sometimes, which is inconvenient since students live there and need wifi to do school work.

I’ve had no problems at all with living at Station 42 and the maintenance here has been amazing and they have fixed all of my issues. The apartment is very spacious and it’s had everything I that I’ve needed in a apartment.

The apartments are nice and big and everything is almost great; the only thing that can be improved is the gym. It's too small with minimal equipment. Given the size of the community, a lot can be improved in the gym.

apartments are nice and big. management is quick with providing maintenance but they have been scheduling larger projects during busier times and not communicating it well.

It is a nice apartment with nice amenities. The only thing that could change is the gym. There is no ac in the gym, most of the treadmills do not work and it is always dirty in there.

Currently enjoying my stay at Station 42. I have made so many memories with my roomies so far. I love the location of the apartments and have already signed the lease to stay another year! There has been minor things about the apartment that needed attention but it was an easy fix and I couldn't be happier.
