Loving life at the Statesman apartments ! Got a good fitness center, heated pool, and a large dog park! Plus they have garage park covered parking available Apartments are spacious, clean and well maintained Good location and everything I need!

To advertise themselves as a luxury apartment you would assume that you'd receive luxury amenities and features but that isn't the case with Statesman. Cheap materials used throughout the apartment along with walls thin enough to hear everything in the adjacent apartments. Pool is constantly dirty when open and the gym is a joke. Not to mention the consistent ant problem when it gets warm. Management is slow to respond to issues and refuses to address concerns. My best and honest advice is to rent elsewhere.

We are going on our second year renting at this awesome apartment complex. I couldn’t say more about it that’s positive… the staff are great, the maintenance guys are great and overall the amenities and location is awesome. I will tell anyone that’s looking for a place, this is the place to be. The walls are not “paper thin” as some may say, yeah sometimes you hear noise but you live in an apartment… like if someone drops something you are going to hear it. The 1bed 1den is definitely the way to go for couples, just to have an office space or extra bedroom for friends and overall is just enough room for any couple. If you take my advice, great… if not, you’re missing out on an awesome place. Give them a call, it’s worth it.
Their is no parking for Guest, and if you don’t have a spot already then your racing to a spot. You can’t park on the streets at night, but you wouldn’t know that because it’s not a (No Parking Zone) Sign. Which would lead you to getting a parking ticket. I just wish they could build another parking lot for us. Many people don’t want to walk 1/2 miles to get their car. But otherwise this place is not bad.

Thank you for all the help getting set up in our apartment. The maintenance guys are the best too..the property is always well keep and clean! Thank you for everything you all do.
I lived on the first floor at Statesman for about 2 years.. The place needs more insulation or quieter renters. I lived near the front entrance and side entrance and I could hear everything. in the morning when the renters went to work. That started about 5:30 in the a.m. The front office people were nice and helpful, especially Summer. I have to say the 2 people you could always depend on were Matt and Cameron. These 2 guys were the all around maintenance guys and had an outstanding work ethic. When you needed them they were always there to help. They are awesome, helpful, kind people and Statesman should be proud to call them their employees. I would have given them 2 stars, but the maintenance guys (and Summer) gave them a bump!
We’ve been here since October and we love it! Our apartment is on the second floor, yet we rarely hear noise above us, below us, or next to us. Management is very friendly and quick to help when needed. We love seeing all the dogs around the complex. Most of all, we love our big kitchen since we cook and bake so much.
The walls are so thin you can hear everything your neighbors say. By far the worst apartments I’ve lived in as far as noise. Everything is cheaply made. My drawers in my bathroom and kitchen never work. They advertise as smoke free, but there’s a constant smell of weed all throughout the property. Including in my unit from everyone around me. If I wanted to live in a college dorm I would have just stayed in my cheap college apartment.
Statesman has been wonderful were going on our 2nd year here. They have high end appliances, wood floors, modern luxury apartments for a great price. Especially for the size you get. And dog friendly. We love it here its quiet and friendly and near so many things. The staff is awesome and so easy to talk to about anything. You won't be disappointed!
