The building's overall ambiance is more akin to an office or commercial space rather than a residential one. The apartment doors feature glass windows, compromising privacy and safety, and lack peepholes, forcing residents to open doors without a prior view. The door locks are antiquated and malfunction frequently, leading to security concerns. Parking is notably expensive. The bedroom is fitted with an unattractive, office-style carpet that hinders personalization with rugs or cozy decor. The bathroom tiles are equally displeasing. Overall, the apartment falls short of luxury standards, especially considering its high cost.
