With more than 100 festivals and events to enjoy in Downtown Plymouth, it definitely is -- as their slogan states -- more than just a "walk in the park." Most of the events are held at the park, however, and Kellogg Park is a beautiful spot to enjoy them. Some of the must-see events held in Downtown Plymouth include Art in the Park, an event featuring more than 400 artists. In January, residents head to the park to enjoy art of a different kind -- the annual Plymouth Ice Festival, where ice sculptures dazzle.
First settled in 1825, there's plenty of history in Plymouth. Be sure to visit the Plymouth Historical Museum near the park to learn more. Main Street extends through the downtown area, which is filled with fantastic shops, boutiques, and restaurants. Follow Main Street to Mill Street and discover Old Village, a historic district dating back to the 1830s. Old Village is filled with art galleries, shops, entertainment, and more.

The community is tranquil and well-maintained. There's a dog park adjacent to the complex, which is very convenient, and a small gym. My only wish is that there was a pool on the property.

Starkweather Lofts is one of the best apartment complexes in the Plymouth area. The apartments are lovely. Well laid out the building is situated beautifully and it’s very convenient to expressways. What more can you want?
Exceptional office manager! Maintenance extremely knowlegable. Love my apartment.. I have been here six years and considered the matriarch of Starkweather. Only wish my windows will be washed..
I love my apartment...the size and layout is perfect for me. Jordon, our current Manager is a huge improvement compared to the last one. He is dedicated to his position. GOOD CHOICE!! Our maintenance is wonderful. The only problem is uncaring neighbors, and street noises, due to construction new homes next door.

Starkweather lofts has been an amazing place to call home. The apartments are beautiful and peaceful and the location is so close to major freeways, downtown Plymouth, and biking/walking trails at Hines Drive. Most importantly, the office staff has been incredible. Bianca, the property manager has been extremely helpful with any questions I’ve had during my time here. She is always responsive, professional, and accommodating, even going above and beyond by taking the time to follow up after the fact. She is running this fabulous community very well. Myself, and I’m sure the other residents, truly appreciate her diligence!

The front office managers have been professional, courteous, and kind with my concerns and needs from the beginning. I love being within walking distance of restaurants, shops, and parks!

Don't live here - the management doesn't understand what they are doing. The maintenance man is really nice and seems to only know what to do.

The leasing staff was very helpful in simplifying the process.
Overpriced, property not maintained, inexperienced manager, no real amenities, poorly constructed and located across from an active construction site for over 2 years and counting.

The building may look nice, however it’s poor construction. You can hear everything in the building!!
Avoid this place. Poor construction and the never delivered on what they said was included when leasing last year.
