Regarded as a vibrant college town with a small-town atmosphere, Grand Forks sits in the Red River Valley, sharing its eastern border with the North Dakota-Minnesota state line. Grand Forks is home to the University of North Dakota, the largest college campus in the state, as well as an Air Force Base. As a result, many residents enjoy easy commutes in North Dakota’s third-largest city.
In addition to the many restaurants, cafes, shops, and bars of its thriving downtown area, Grand Forks also offers a laidback pace in its many idyllic neighborhoods. Residents bask in the outdoors at Grand Forks’ many scenic parks and on the lush Greenway Trail that runs along the Red River.
Grand Forks also contains the state’s largest indoor waterpark, Splasher’s of the South Seas, touting a variety of slides, activity pools, a lazy river, kiddies play area, and a hot tub for adults.

Property Ratings at Stanford Manor
Do not move here, not safe. Police are here often. Packages get ripped into. Owner will not put up cameras. Place looks like it is falling apart. Smells of cigarette smoke. You can pay just a bit more and get a safer nicer place.
this place is awful. drug dealers throughout the building have random people drugged out of their minds trying to get into peoples apartments thinking it theirs dealers. Had my lock cut off my storage unit and a TV stolen and management didnt do anything or have cameras. They said theyd put up signs to "not steal". Hot water is always out, mold all over the walls, laundry never works. Just a complete dump.
