Located just a few miles southeast of downtown Tucson, the Davis-Monthan Air Force Base resides in the Sonoran Desert surrounded by beautiful mountain ranges like the Santa Catalinas. The educational Pima Air & Space Museum resides in town, spanning 80 acres and offering 300 aircraft from vintage to modern that illuminate a century of military and aerospace history. Davis-Monthan AFB is just a few miles east of the Tucson International Airport for easy travels and is only 12 miles southeast of the University of Arizona, a huge attraction to the area. This lively part of Tucson brings a college feel to the area, with Pima Community College and Reid Park Zoo residing near town as well.
Fred Enke Golf Course is a wonderfully kept course for all ages in Lincoln Park. This park spans across 191 acres on beautiful natural desert landscape. The park offers ball fields, walking path, sand volleyball courts, and playground with scenic mountain views.

The property offers so many things to do! the gym and pool is by far my favorite.
I am very pleased with my new apartment. Staff is always friendly and responsive.
The property has a beautiful pool and jacuzzi, near the base. The apartments are clean and spacious. The office staff is amazing from the manager to the assistant manager and the lease agent all very friendly and was able to assist with completing the application thank you and I look forward to moving in next month! I love living here. The grass is maintained, the place always looks clean and the best part is the staff. They are friendly and are always willing to help.
I live in a small one-bedroom apartment, but the outdoor spaces here make it feel much bigger. The grass is always green and well-maintained, and the trees add a lot of shade and a nice, peaceful vibe. The pool area is a big bonus. It’s clean, well-kept, and a great place to relax on a hot day. There are usually chairs available, and it’s never too crowded. Overall, the landscaping and pool really make the complex feel welcoming and comfortable. It’s one of my favorite parts about living here.
I’ve been living at Standard Raintree for almost a year now, and honestly, it’s been such a good experience. The community is really quiet and peaceful, which I love. Anytime I’ve had an issue, maintenance has been quick to help and always does a great job. Management is super easy to talk to and actually follows through on what they say, which makes a big difference. I feel like they really care about keeping things running smoothly and making sure residents are happy. It’s nice to come home to a place where I feel comfortable and taken care of.
Great staff! The property is always clean and with lovely views, we enjoy sitting in the gazebo l afternoons
This community is the reason why I love living in tucson. Its in a very convenient area with the grocery store right next door and other places to eat. The mall isnt to far from my place either. Also the management team is very kind and is willing to help you. Very responsive to when I need something fixed or replaced. I will be renuwing when the time comes.
The management team and maintenance staff have been responsive and helpful whenever I’ve needed anything, which makes a big difference. The location is also super convenient, close to shopping, restaurants and bus line
I had my car recently broken into while parked at these apartments. The apartments may look good on this site but trust me, after living here for almost 2 years now… it is not brand new. Management does not do anything really but take rent, whenever prompted to do anything additional, they will drag their feet. The only reason I got this apartment was because it was one of the cheapest, but after 2 different handovers from reality companies I’m not sure it will stay that way. They tried to raise my rent by about $120 but I went and talked to them and they only raised it by $10 If you want a stress free, clean, organized, well-managed apartment then DO NOT RENT FROM THESE GUYS, im flabbergasted that this apartment complex had a 5 star review lol… glad to set the record straight and she’s some real light on the major issues of this apartment. Good luck to you all!
Been here for approximately 4 years now and since I've been here they changed the management. The people at the front are rude and not nice at all! When you go and ask a question or ask for maintenance they have a big attitude and act like you're not bright. Don't believe I will be renewing my lease this year.

I’ve lived at the standard Raintree about 4years. The property is well maintained. If you call the office they treat you like family. They make us feel loved with all they do for us. Thanksgiving, Christmas and many more get together which include dinner ( spread ) drawings for great gifts. Maintenance gets things done immediately. I would recommend this place to anybody !??

I can't brag on this place enough.The maintenance staff is knowledgeable courteous and quick to respond. The complex is very well maintained. The management staff is great and friendly. The kind of people I would be proud to call friends even if I didn't live here.We have a strong sense of community which the management supports by sponsoring numerous community events though out the year.The amenities are too numerous to list here. All the convenience of shopping is literally next door.The neighbors are friendly and welcoming. In short I wouldn't want to live any where else.

We moved here 2 months ago and I love it here. I was concerned about moving to Tucson but I have met so many nice people since I been here and most have been from the place I live. I never lived in a complex that holds so many resident functions. It is really nice to go to move night in the park, or to paint night. That;s where I have met so many new friends. I can't begin to explain how a outsider like myself has felt so welcome. All I can say is I love it and I am sure you would too.
I am a current resident of rain tree and have been for 2 years and it's been overall a good experience although the new management that has taken over is something to get used to they send constant flyers to the doors the monthly news letter is 4/5 pages long front and back they're always reminding the community of all these odd rules that are common sense they just aren't very friendly either and they changed the name of the complex recently which is always a red flag I've also never seen now leasing signs out front in all my time here until new management took over they've also turned off the nice water fall that was on when entering I won't be re signing my lease as long as this management is around it's overwhelming and just too much it's like you're constantly being watched as they've added cameras they changed the hours of the laundry it's seriously not worth the annoyance....stay clear of rain tree unless you want to collect scrap paper for fun
My son applied for these apartments and he loved them and the area is great. The staff was very nice and helpful and kept in touch with me about the details and the application was easy He was approved the next day very happy for him. I live out of town and I feel comfortable him living there on his own. They have very nice facilities for them to use. The staff Sonia and Danielle are great people to have on your staff. I look forward for him to be there in a great environment. Great to have a Safeway on the corner walking distance.

Love my apartment, its conveniently located and everyone is friendly.
When I moved back to the State after 2years of my employment in S. Korea couple of weeks ago, I needed a place to stay close to my work. When I went online to searching for the apartments, very first one was the Raintree Apartments. I called to take a look at the place. The person who took me to take a look around the place, I felt at home right away. After very simple paper works and approval, I moved in very next day! This apartment is only 2miles to my work, and all the amenities this Apartment offers and surrounding area, is absolutely wonderful place to be called my home. I am glad that I made a right choice.
2 months in and I already had problems with my studio.The blinds were yellow,smokey smell coming out of my A/C,somehow bugs were coming in my apt,my refrigerator gave out,my main door wouldn't lock all the way and,the security door had a hole which caused me to rip my pants, the light in my kitchen was filled with months of dead bugs. Despite all of these mishaps,deciding to stay has been worth it. The front office gets these issues resolved ASAP&they are truly genuine when they apologize for the issues that have occurred,cable is included and I've never had a problem with my neighbors or in the area. The ladies at the front office do a follow up within a day or 2 to make sure the issue is resolved to your liking.They go above and beyond to make sure their tenants are happy and feel at ease in the apartments.
Rain Tree Apartments is a beautiful area and is located in a perfect spot. Right outside the gated community is a plaza of a Safeway store, plenty of places to eat and even a barbershop! It is only a couple of miles away from the base so it is an easy commute if you are in the military. The common areas have top notch cleanliness. A gazebo, a pool of blue, barbeque grills and a volleyball pit among other amenities makes these apartments a must see for anyone looking for somewhere to live. The apartments have a surrounding gate which gives that safe feeling and comfortable parking for any vehicle. The price for rent compared to what is offered here is no match. The staff is very helpful. They treat their rentees like family and even have snacks in their office! Our fellow renters are friendly and have lived here for years. Even myself, this is my second time moving back to these apartments. If you want to feel homeliness, then I recommend Rain Tree.
