Couldn’t speak higher of my time at Standard Assembly. I feel welcomed when I walk through the office and see the team. They know my name, my dog’s name, and even ask about my parents who helped me move in. Dylan is always quick to answer any emails, and the maintenance fixes up any issues quicker than I can submit them. I may never move!

Going on a year at Standard Assembly, and I may never leave! Reviewer below is mad about something unrelated, in the year I've been here I've only had internet outage 2-3 times, a couple hours max. Better than my Xfinity at my old place. Plus, the 5 hours we didn't have water they notified us well in advance and had free bottles down in the lobby. You can tell they care from the time they take to get to know you, your pet, your friends. They know my mom's name when she visits. All the events they put on, how well maintained the property is, everything feels like a family.

Loud construction ALWAYS in and outside the building with no compensation offered or given when asked. The front desk is lazy and thinks an email about MAJOR inconveniences 4 days before said inconvenience is sufficient notification for major construction, water and wifi being out for the entire day. Not once offered compensation for these issues, all they've done is threaten to end my lease early because I'm not a part of their little cult.

Thank you for your continued feedback, Brianna. We unfortunately cannot control construction around the neighborhood. As far as the construction within the building, it's to complete the Sky Deck for our community members and we send correspondence as soon as we are aware of the construction beginning. While you don't think 4 days is ample notice, per your lease we are only required to provide a 48 hour notice. However, we provide any information provided to us as soon as we receive it. WiFi has never been down for an entire but a couple of hours and this is the first and only time the water will be shut off for the day. We had a major repair that needed to be completed in our Riser Room, and there was no way to complete the repair with the water and pressure flowing through the building. We cannot meet your expectations, and that is why we offered to end your lease agreement. We everyone comfortable in their homes and we're not able to meeting your expectations for some reason. Thanks again.
Standard Assembly is a great property to live in, especially if you work downtown.

Love standard assembly, feel very safe here, and love my apartment. The staff are friendly and responsive and always communicate with residents so we're aware of what's going on in the complex plus there are always great opportunities to connect with other residents through activities and events. Not only is Wedgewood-Houston the best place to live in Nashville, this property is perfect. Staff is amazingly friendly and helpful, amenities and apartments are beautiful, and there are tons of resident events to meet neighbors and friends. I am impressed by Standard Assembly’s high-quality and thoughtfulness. The building and amenities are excellent, and the staff is consistently helpful. I’m also impressed by the fitness center provisions. Despite the delays, I am happy to have waited four months to move into the complex.

Standard Assembly has already been a great experience, from my first visit with Savanah to see the property to moving in now with construction still happening. I have lived in multiple new buildings in the area, and this has been by far the best experience. The staff is attentive to the needs of residents, they have gone above and beyond multiple times. The fact that there is construction delays is par for the course currently but Greystar, Standard Assembly and the owners have been amazing in all aspects. Can not wait for the building to be completely finished and enjoy all it has to offer!
