Property Ratings at Stafford Street Village
We love Stafford Street Village. It is quiet even though there is traffic near by. Yes, its not perfect but the staff will respond quickly to issues you have with neighbors, although they have been few. The property is clean and Larry, who is amazing with the maintenance can be seen cleaning the property always. He is quick to show up and find a solution. We love you Larry. He is great with our pets who just adore him. He never forgets their names!! The staff is always there for you by phone or email. Thanks Cheyenne and Brandon for the amazing job you both do!! You can count on them to help you resolve issues. Which we only had once in our 3 years here. It was my bank that had the issue and they were so gracious in helping me. Yes, some will complain and say it awful but honestly there are far worse places to live and not nearly as affordable and close to everything. We will be renewing for a 4th year. You can't go wrong.

We have had multiple security and safety issues living here as well as disruptive neighbors. The leasing office will not offer any help or assistance with safety matters as they have no security cameras and are more concerned with the complex’s reputation. I cannot deter possible renters from this complex enough.

As we previously explained, security camera footage can only be released to law enforcement with a valid warrant due to privacy and legal restrictions. As we mentioned, we always recommend residents report any suspicious activity directly to the police so they can properly investigate and take appropriate action. Additionally, we have not received prior complaints from you regarding disruptive neighbors or ongoing safety issues.
