Residents may choose their roommates, but we also roommate match! The apartments are fully furnished and have energy-efficient appliances, wood-look flooring, granite counters, and a TV in every living room. All you need to bring along is bedding, kitchenware, etc. Monthly rates include water, sewer, cable, internet, electricity (with a $20 cap), and the furniture package. We are also very pet friendly, so if you have a furry friend you are more than welcome to bring them along!
