Property Ratings at St. Regis at Hurricane Lake
There is stained concrete in the kitchen and living areas which is super easy to keep clean with granite countertops and they keep the area clean by making the tenants pick up after their animals and not letting them leave stuff laying around outside. The people that live there keep to themselves and are super nice people. The landlord is extremely nice and awesome to work with and we only had a few instances where we had a problem but when we did she immediately handled the problem and would even check on us to make sure it was handled. I definitely recommend living here!
St. Regis at Hurricane Lake is a well maintained gated community. I signed for another years lease. I have a one bedroom one bath. Everything works perfectly. If there is any problem Ann will send maintenance over right away. The owner is onsite Monday Wednesday and Fridays. If she’s not there she will return text immediately. Rent is very reasonable. Check it out. I’m staying.

I lived at Saint Regis for two years in a 1-bedroom unit and then another year and a half in a 2-bedroom unit after I got married. My/our time at St Regis was wonderful. The price-points, property quality, and property management are all second to none, and I highly recommend Saint Regis to anyone who's looking to rent in the Benton/Bryant area!
Me and my wife have lived here for four years and we love it and would recommend St. Regis too anyone.

Very quiet, clean, and well kept complex. Manager and maintenance are great. Very quiet neighborhood. Apartments are well laid out, and have plenty of storage space. I have been here almost 2 years, and plan on staying.

I absolutely loved my apartment & landlord at St Regis- My apartment was clean - everything in working condition & updated My landlord was very helpful & friendly- always available whenever i needed help or had a question Its a very tightnit community- neighbors are wonderful & quiet - I especially enjoyed the annual Christmas Party gathering- If I wasn't purchasing a house - I would still be living there - will miss my apartment & everyone there
