Saint Louis’s West End neighborhood sits approximately seven miles west of Downtown Saint Louis, so traveling to and from the city is a breeze. Residents can explore the many gems of this city such as Busch Stadium, the Gateway Arch, and Stifel Theatre. However, West End has a few hidden gems of its own. Enjoy a live music performance at the Pageant, or dine at one of the nearby local restaurants along Delmar Boulevard.
On this road, you’ll find the Delmar Loop Transit Station which is a major perk for commuters living in West End. This neighborhood is situated just north of Forest Park, a historic staple to the community offering over 1,300 acres of local attractions like the Saint Louis Zoo, the Saint Louis Art Museum, Forest Park Golf Course, and various restaurants, historic landmarks, theaters, and opportunities for outdoor recreation.

The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at St. Luke's Plaza
Called for information about a one bed room and Abriel answered real rude and wasn’t trying to answer any questions . She said nothing is available and when I started asking questions to get information of the property she said it’s a wait list and she don’t know much . It sounded like she was eating something just smacking in my ear. Very unprofessional and I wouldn’t want to live here if this is the kind of people that’s in the office . Save yourself.
If I could give this a -1 I would. The apartments are STILL DISGUSTING and have a fowl odor in the hallway that was covered up with pine sol. What's worse is the customer service. Mrs./Ms Gregory and her associates were very unprofessional and borderline ignorant. I watched as a tenant was asking the status of her lease. Instead of helping they just stood there and belittled tenant. I asked for the customer service number and was waved off by what looked to be a high school child working as a secretary. The whole experience today at this establishment was unbelievably unprofessional and nauseating.
Been at these dirty dope fein infested apartments for 8 months and I can't wait till these last 4 months hurry up so I can move else where.first off I made about 7 different orders for my air to be fixed it wasn't until I wrote a letter they decided to fix it then last week they go and tell people if you don't have a parking sticker your car will be towed... I've been here for 8 months NOW YOU WANNA worry bout a sticker! My fridge wasn't keeping any of my food cold for the first 2 months it's a joke for this place to still be running
I've been here for 2 years. And I've never felt like the people in the office have taken care of anything that we as tenants bring to them. As far as pest or inspections it doesn't happen and you'll be lucky they get back to you. Be ready to have mice, bugs and bed bugs crawling around roaming free for quite some time before they do anything. They just got a new managment comapny and they've only been here for a week and the new assistant manager, who I just met today, was very rude and unprofessional and put her fingers and hands in my face. I'm sick of this place and the bull you have to put up with while here. I can't wait till I leave, and WOULD NOT reccomend this place to my friends or even a hopeless stranger. You can find better. Trust me...
It's in a not so bad neighborhood. But as far as the maintenance, they either take 2-3 weeks to visit the residence or they don't come at all. Also I do like that before an inspection they give you a few days notice, however they never follow through on any of them. But its a tight knit community you can always go to someone for help. On the positive side its close to the Delmar loop, bus lines, and a nice walk to forest park.
