If you're looking for a place that turns a deaf ear to Legitimate concerns....your search is over. If you're looking for a place that does NOT abide by the lease that you signed....your search is over. If you're looking for a place that could care less that because of strays being fed, now you have fleas in your apt., the stench of cat pee etc is overwhelming, you are serenaded with cat fights at night...your search is over. If you're looking for a place where office staff pretends to be efficient only to your face & doesn't give a rip....your search is over. If you're looking for a place that says they'll hear your concerns only because they have to & then blow it off....your search is over.

This property is beautiful. It is right on the St. John's River and, if you live in the duplexes, fairly quiet. The other apartments are a little scary at night. There is one part where you have trouble driving through because of flooding and people hanging out in the yard and road. And the scary part is moving slowly into the duplex part. The management is awful. They are inconsistent and do things at whim. They will increase your rent with no rhyme or reason. Someone with a 3/2 will be paying less than someone with a 1/1. And your neighbor with a larger place will be paying less and not just because of housing assistance. When asked, you will be told Corporate has tied their hands. Maintenance is friendly but is severely limited in what they can do. If the front door to your apartment is warped and falling apart do not rent it. You can ask for a new door and they will promise you one but DO NOT believe them when they say they will replace it. I fell for that. Now I am being told they are raising my rent and I still have yard clippings blown into my living room every yard day. IF you decide to rent here, good luck.

My apartment is a three bedroom 0ne bathroom with wall to wall carpet. The apartment complex is fairly old but very well kept. It is in walking distance to the river has two laundry mats onsite as well as a playground for children . it rents for 655.00 a month which is s steal. By the way my apartment number is A.
As apts. go this one is fair only due to the age of the buildings, pre-WWII. The maint. is good but they too are limited only due to the age of the structures and the management. I cannot say the management is fair at all, in fact zero. It depends on the mood when you walk in his door. I hope to move in fact in the near future when my lease is up; which is another issue altogether. Come to think of it, don't move here.
