St. Charles Court Apartments

Would not recommend these apts..First the landlord is sketchy . She is never there n when she is she locks the door if she sees u comin. Second there are bug and mouse issues in every building . Third the grass is covered n trash and no one does anything.

Management here is terrible. Every action that is taken by management is based on rumors and/or hear-say. Rumors have been spread about me when I kicked out a roommate that just weren't true in turn, have caused management to be rude and short with me. I have been told that they have cameras here and that they are watching me. I do nothing wrong and pay my rent. Why they are violating my rights, I have no clue. Nosey neighbors and gossip keep management headed in the wrong direction instead of doing their job. New office personnel who care about its tenants would be a huge step in the right direction instead of the gossip seekers they currently employ. Look elsewhere if you are looking in the Canton area.

The management is slow to fix many problems as the maintenance is slow to respond. Door buzzers do not work and the management has been warned about this matter but refuses to correct the problems. Laundry equipment is often down and taking money with no refund Pop machine is often broken and takes money. I've requested a new microwave since march 2015 and still, I have no microwave oven.
