      Great community

      We are happy living here at St Andrews. We have been here just over a year, and are pleased that we feel safe and have good neighbors. The staff are always friendly. Whenever we have needed something fixed maintenance has been quick, polite and professional. This is a great area too, anything you might need - shopping, doctors, pharmacy, schools, parks - within a few miles!

      Best Apartment Living

      I have been a renter for 20 years. I have lived in a variety of apartment communities, always looking for the best value for my hard-earned money. I have lived here for 2.5 years... THIS IS IT!! I think the most important attribute of all rental properties is the professionalism and courtesy of the management company – it will make or break your apartment experience. Living at St. Andrews Apartments has been the best rental experience I’ve ever had. The management company here really takes care of their residents and has a sense of urgency when dealing with resident concerns. The leasing staff and the maintenance team are very friendly, professional, and polite. Residents can reach them by phone, resident portal, email, or text message and they are always quick to respond and react. They have helped me more times than I can count from helping me round up my runaway dog to securing my packages inside my apartment when I couldn’t get to the office before the closed. They are the best. The property grounds are well-maintained and landscaped beautifully (more so in the warmer months of course). Building interiors and common areas are clean and well-maintained. I also like that my neighbors are friendly and respectful. We look out for one another. This is a peaceful and quiet COMMUNITY – which is the 2nd most important attribute in my opinion.

      Permanent residents

      My husband and I have been here ten years. We love the community . It is quiet, clean and well maintained. The manager, office staff and maintenance are all very helpful and eager to help. It is our wish to stay here indefinitely. My only complaint is that my apartment has not been completely updated as it is hard to redo floors, paint, etc. While living in the apartment. Otherwise, I love living here.

      Couldn't have chosen a better place to call home!!!!!!

      When I first viewed this apartment I actually loved the floor plan and I wanted to make sure my son would as well. It outweighted all the others that had the open kitchens and the little laundry rooms with the spaces that were just there for no reason at all or doors that were locked and as a paying tenant you couldn't open. From the very beginning I knew I was going to actually love where I lived for once with my son and he would as well. Enough with that part and down to the nitty gritty! When we first moved into our apartment, I never knew that I was moving into a community that literally cared for their tenants the way that they do at St. Andrews. They have been nothing but supportive of my son and I, very caring, very helpful, and oh my goodness so understanding that some wouldn't believe. I am a strong believer to the way you treat others is the way that you will be treated and believe me I have treated all of them down to the maintenance team thanking them for every single thing that they do with the utmost respect and they have done nothing but the same. If something needs to be fixed they are on top of it every single time without any issues! I guess to make a longer story short............ I do not regret one bit moving into St. Andrews Apartments and I couldn't have chosen a better apartment home for my son and I! That is coming straight from the heart! THANK YOU ALL AT ST.       Best ones !

      I absolutely love St Andrews, it starts with the staff they are all beyond nice, so helpful, so quick to respond, they are just AWESOME. Then the apartments their selves ever since I moved in it was clean everything works fine , any issue to come up it gets taken care of immediately . I will continue to renew my lease with them :) also the prices for the amount of space you get is the best I have seen in the Murfreesboro area! Also what they do with the pet fee as far as letting you pay it in portions is amazing! It helps out so much people financially to be able to do that . Keep up the good work its very much appreciated!

      I have been at Saint Andrews Apartments for a little over a year now. They always have activities which is awesome and even offer prizes. They have a dog park which could be a little bigger but it is still a great place to take the dogs. Its a quiet nice place to live! -Lauren Clayman

      I been here almost 2 years and the environment, pricing, and staff are truly amazing! I like that they allow me to feel like this is my home and not just their property. They send out at least a 24 hour notice if they plan to visit my home (which is rare only if they need to do routine maintenance). They have monthly events to include activities, food/beverages, and even prize giveaways. They keep the community clean and we have law enforcement on site for safety.       disappointing

      These apartments need major updating. Any time something is broke they come with caulk and do a quick fix instead of doing the job right. Carpet never gets cleaned or walls painted. Appliances are out of date. The fitness room is a joke and half of the equipment doesn’t work. They do have a tv but it only gets maybe 3 channels. Then there’s the pool. It doesn’t open until Memorial Day and closes on Labor Day. So when it’s 90 degrees out in September don’t plan on swimming. It also closes at 9pm so don’t plan on enjoying the lit up pool at night. The landscaping is beautiful by the office but pitiful everywhere else. All in all I’d recommend going somewhere and paying a few dollars more for major upgrades.

      O.K. IN OUR HOME

      We are only" content" with this complex There are many issues we wish we had been more careful to address before we signed off on our final punch list. We were totally lied to about many key points that made us decide to chose this complex. St. Andrews won because of the promises made, but to date many have not and will never be addressed. The Manager of this complex is very cold and distant and does not interact with the people who reside here. So many others have stated the same thing. We residence tend to gather at the pool and playground and it has been a major topic of conversation. The staff in the office and the maintenance staff are awesome, but the Manager sets the tone and they are simply drowns that must follow her lead.Even when you are sure they would have handled " your problem", she has the final say and your request is denied, no matter how simple the request. Her attitude makes dealing with any staff member impossible. When short staffed, getting repairs done is very hard, and they are ALWAYS short staffed in the Maintenanace Department. The office staff is always kept up but not the Maintenance Staff. Too much time, energy and money is spent on keeping the office and party room pretty in lieu of taking care of the residents units. It is common knowledge that in business, the manager gets a big bonus based on money saved. We will stay for now and be content to settle. We will probably not get our deposit back because there are many issues with the paint and carpet, but is was horrific when we moved in and I am positive we will get the blame for that and pay for it in the end. However these issue were addressed on our punch list upon moving in so maybe it will help some since I was so thorough, but I doubt it. It is rare to get a deposit back from any rental situation, Management has the final say about that too. As stated before the Manager here is in total CONTROL. All money saved" NOT" doing unit repairs goes in a Manager's annual bonus. This is why the units get in such bad shape. They are only upgraded and fixed up after a resident moves out, this is what your kept deposit goes to help pay for. IT'S JUST THE CORPORATE WAY in any business. It is what keeps the Manager on their toes and the purse strings tightened. I have never recommended this complex to anyone even though there is a referral fee. I suggest your site and will use it to find my next home.

      Saint Andrews Apartments in Mufreesboro, TN

      After selling our large family home of over 20 years we decided to rent for a while as we adjusted our new life of retirement. St. Andrews Apts. was one of many places we would check into. We wish we had not been under so much pressure to move faster and really wish this medium was a forum we were aware of before making our decision. There were many tricks of the trade we were not expecting. Looking back, we could have made a much more educated decision and avoided the oldest tricks of the trade, "the bait and switch".Most Reps of complexes are all about filling the units and will tell you anything to get you in theirs. Be sure to check everything including fresh paint, fresh flooring, and most of all be sure all fixtures, electrical, plumbing, appliances, surfaces of all types, no matter how simple or complex, be sure everything is perfect and working. Fill out your punch lists very thoroughly and address anything down to the last detail. Add an extra page of your own if necessary. This will be of great benefit to you during your stay as well as attempting to retrieve your deposit when you leave. This will also assist you need something fixed during your lease. They protect themselves and trust me they note every single communication, so should you. We are not happy here for many reasons, too many to count. Look for a brand new complex when possible. Also, meet the REAL Manager, they are the ones with the REAL POWER, they set the tone of your experience with the rest of the staff. An arrogant manager, means a bad staff. A bad staff means a bad experience for all who dwell in the community!! I do not recommend this complex to my friends even though they offer a fee for referrals. We will be leaving as soon as our financial situation allows. Onward and upward. Paying just $100.00 per month can make all the difference in a good community and a great one. So many newer facilities are now opening. Choosing to live in a complex under construction will have pitfalls but perks as well. Being willing to put up with the dust and dirt. Contractors and equipment on site is a little unnerving but worth the lower rent rates for your patients so take advantage and get in on the ground floor of a new complex and you will enjoy the extended benefit of being an alumni Tenant. If your plan is to rent for life or for an extend time over at least two years or more, the perks of an alumni can be huge. Educate yourself, it's the KEY. Use this site, we will.

      Great living here at St. Andres Apt.
