Its ok here....moved here years afo and now getting harder for me to get around...the management leaves toy alone but when there's rent due she will ataer calling you...the pool is a a nice way to relax in the summertime...there are very nosey neighbors also but if you can get past that its fine

I have not arrived yet but my husband has...he moved us in and I am joining him tomorrow. He has had to ask for multiple maintenance issues already, a missing handle on a cabinet, a brand new dryer that made odd noises, plus several more kitchen items as he first walked in. This means to me that no one did a walk through prior to our arrival and checked the walls, floor, appliances, etc. This would take just minutes in an empty unit and should be what is done each and every time. My husband did say they were nice about it and sent people over quickly (still waiting on the dryer person though) but that does not make a good first impression. Plus he had to deal with people coming and going while trying to move us in and set up. They get points for being super nice but there should always be a check of any unit before new tenants move in. This is also a newly renovated unit so that means the work was not checked before the crew left. Not good.

My review of this place used to be a good one...however it is going down hill and going down hill fast...rent keeps going up each year never ever even got a carpet cleaned for the whole 6 years i have been there...no nothin..all u do is pay your rent never nothin new

The apartments themselves are nice, however as with any apartment building, one bad neighbor can ruin the experience, and not only is management is generally unwilling to do anything about it. They have FIOS as part of the amenities now, which is nice but a relatively recent integration. The apartment maintenance staff is prompt to resolve issues. The biggest problem I have with these apartments is the recent switch in Utility billing which has created a jump of over 100% in the water bill. In June, they switched to RUBS billing, which should be equally distributed, for the first two months of the new system, the bill went up by a reasonable percentage over the former flat fee they were charging for Water, Sewer, and Gas. They refuse to provide the information to substantiate how they arrived at the calculations for month 3 and 4, and the property manager has chosen to flat out ignore all requests. For reference, here are specific examples of the billing under the new methods. Before June : $72 Flat fee June & July : $74 Average Bill August : $156 Bill September : $136 Bill October : Lost the Bill November : $135 December : $136 January : $175 February : $154 This billing continues to vary from month to month, and by amounts that don't really make sense. They still do not provide any documentation other than the dollar amount, but based on the amount charged and publicly available information from American Water, they are billing apartments for well above what is considered the average use. In addition to all of this, advertised rent prices are generally a bit misleading, as they have a mandatory "amenity fee", which is not included in the advertised prices, and does not include all the amenities.

Can’t say I’m pleased at all with the significant increase in the utilities. To divide the total complex water by # of units, (based on unit size and # of residents) is unreasonable. Some units have a washer/dryer, some don’t. Gas the same. The front door to our building doesn’t even close properly and the hallway carpets and laundry room are dirty and smell. It seems Morgan Properties doesn’t really care for their residents and is driving people away.

I used to love living here but now the utility bill is getting out of hand. My bill should not be jumping up $50 each month to now I'm paying about $300 each month, and I'll probably be paying more than that next month. My bill started at $117. Then when renewal came they changed how much utilities would be. Management says the utility bill depends on occupancy and square footage. If this was true, than it would be a flat rate each month. However, it's not even close to being a flat rate. I definitely do not love living here anymore. It's not worth it.

Very nice being here. Very quiet and nice people and pet friendly. Provides internet cheaper than you can get on your own. Dog park as well.

South Park is beautiful... Squires Manor is beautiful. Everything I need is here. The renovations are awesome. If a person has to live in the apartment life, then this is certainly a place to stay.

I want to provide a detailed review of my current living situation, highlighting significant challenges impacting my overall experience. The absence of baseboards and distinct sound transmission from upstairs neighbors, akin to elephants walking, have been persistent issues. Management’s response to these concerns has been unsatisfactory, attributing them to the building’s age without offering tangible solutions. Despite my efforts to address these challenges independently, my living space lacks comfort due to ongoing disturbances. A major concern is the disproportionate water billing, with consistent charges exceeding $200 despite minimal home occupancy. This raises questions about the fairness and accuracy of the billing system. Regrettably, my overall dissatisfaction erodes trust in Morgan Properties. I caution potential tenants against considering this residence, believing they can find a more satisfactory and transparent living arrangement elsewhere.
Very clean property and building hallways. Prompt service by staff and maintenance. Friendly neighbors plus ample parking. Trash bins are emptied weekly and area is clean around them.

The apartments themselves are nice, but you are very much at the mercy of your neighbors when it comes to noise if you're not on the top floor. Property Management is unwilling to do anything to address noise complaints. Property maintenance staff is fantastic, quick to resolve issues.

Just moved in and I am really comfortable. It is so convenient to many places and easy to get around. People are very nice and I am really happy here.
It is really nice the area is in a good spot and the store are really close the park is amazing and it is really nice place to live. The dog park is amazing and my dog really likes it.
Our stay here has been really good so far. The puppy enjoys the park and it’s a quiet comfortable area. Amenities are very nice with fios included with that as well.
Great community and great staff! The grounds and amenities are well kept well.The location is great, close to shopping, parks and walking trails!
Very comfortable place to live! I enjoy the fact that I can have my dogs here and not feel like they’re a problem to the neighborhood. There’s so many beautiful pups on this property.
