This is where Atlanta comes to play -- Midtown is home to the Fox Theater, the Center Stage Theater, the High Museum of Art, the Atlanta Botanical Garden, Piedmont Park, the gothic Vortex (home of Atlanta's favorite burger), and the iconic Varsity (home of Atlanta's favorite onion rings). Bordering Midtown on its west side, you'll find Georgia Tech and Atlantic Station. Many Georgia Tech students live in Midtown, where they can walk to class or take MARTA.
Directly south of Midtown, you'll find more to do at the Georgia Aquarium, the World of Coca-Cola, and Centennial Olympic Park. Property Ratings at Square On 5th
Convenient location and acceptable living conditions. Difficult to impossible to reach management. No on-site property manager. Even thought the rent is one of the highest in the Tech area, they will find ways to charge you extra - like for liability insurance, electricity overage, etc. We were charged incorrectly at least 6 times in the last year and each month had to email to get the account credited.
