Spurlock North Apartments

Quiet and peaceful..Love the scenery. Been living here off and on since 2012. Everything is nearby are in walking distance. Love it here will refer.

So far my husband and I enjoy the apartment complex. Maintenance and office staff are always ready and willing to assist when needed. We also enjoy our peaceful community.

A lot of the residents stay pretty much to themselves. My daughter made so friends and know those friends tell her they can’t play with her anymore. And that’s all over my child’s phone. The other kids would take it from her then hide it. One child even stole it and throw it down the drain. I went to try to talk to both of the children’s parents and the parents would not talk to me. All I was wanting is for there kids to leave my child’s phone alone. So now my child does have any friends in the apartment. Also the apartments have dog clean up bags and the one near my apartment hasn’t been filled over a week and yes I did email the office and they said they will fill them whenever they have time. Other than that it’s nice to live here.

A little above average on price, but everything is well kept and worth it. Nice pool. Good maintenance guy. Clean, updated apartments. No pests

Quiet place, and great maintenance. They are usually on top of it and they try to update the property looks. The staff are friendly and always on the watch.

It’s a nice a quiet neighborhood, and everyone is very friendly. Their is plenty of parking spaces available even when we have guests over, and I absolutely love the pool and gym!

Great so far. Very quiet and peaceful. Being that this is my first apartment it is very satisfying and I would in the future recommend for people looking for residential to stay here.

Most of the time every one leaves everyone alone. They may just say hi or hope you have a good day. The only thing about noise is the down stairs neighbors get loud at times with there music and the across the way there dog lives on the back porch and gets my dog barking a lot.

Honestly an amazing apartment complex to live in. The complex is always clean as well as the pool. Maintenance will fix anything you need if something goes wrong. Front office works with me when I need to pay late or anything like that and the most important thing is that there are no rats, mice, roaches, etc. been living here for about 2 years and have seen 1 roach the entire time. None of the other residents have caused any problems either.

This is an amazing place to live in. I love the ambience and the fact that is quiet and not dangerous. Kid friendly and pet friendly. Very relaxed and comfortable with the neighbors. Everyone is nice and polite plus it has a nice view of the pool and has washer and dryer connections in each apartment which is the best thing. Since this is my first time applying for an apartment for the first time ever.

So far, I really like Spurlock North apartments. It's a nice environment and a great neighborhood with good people! I searched a long time for the right place a t reasonable price. I'm glad I made the decision to to live here. The apartment manager seams really nice and everest to help.

Great family residence, the location is great and super quiet. The pool is convenient and located in front of our apartment. The place needs updates but overall a great place to call home.

Its been the best place, we love the community and office star. 5 stars all around. We feel safe and our neighbors are always friendly and nice. Office staff is always there when we need something

I have loved living here for past 3 years. Management and maintenance are great and what's on top of things. Beautiful property. I highly recommend this property to everyone.

Very nice place very quiet. People are also so welcoming. Love our neighbors! And if you every have any questions about you’re stay the staff is always helpful!

My review is based on this current residence in relativity to the previous one. Our former apartments were loud, no structure to the parking situation and environmental hygiene was lacking at best. This current place exists as a place with a reasonable amount of rules and structure, and for that, I'm appreciative!

Nice place to live if you’re just starting off. Everyone is nice and cool, not a lot of noise either. Got a dount shop in front if your looking for a quick breakfast, or if you want to party they also have a spot for that as well.

It has been awesome. The neighbors have been very nice. It is peaceful here. I would recommend the apartment complex to anyone. The whole process has been awesome.

Apartments are great. The management team are nice. Just have problems with break-ins of vehicles and the being right off the highway, it’s always super noisy.

I love living at North Spurlock apartments. I feel safe and secure. And everyone is so friendly. I especially love that I have a mini backyard for grilling or just relaxing. I spend lots of time at the pool during the summer months.

Love the atmosphere and everything around.Its a really calm and peaceful community.Love how everybody respects the packages they leave in the front door too.

This is our three year renewing our lease here. The other residents that we have met here are very nice. Management and Maintenance are pretty quick at fixing problems or issues when they told about them. We like it here.

This is an amazing apartment complex. I would recommend this to anyone!! I have 3 grandkids who are with me a lot on the weekends and they love being here swimming and able to ride their scooters around and feel safe. I have never once felt scared or nervous living here.

We have been living here a little over 5 years now, we absolutely love it. We love the community, we feel safe, we all look out for each other here. The office staff is very friendly, maintenance does a fantastic job, any issues we have ever had were handled very quickly. Not to mention, the size of each apartment is something you will not be able to find anywhere else in this area, typical one bedrooms in this area start out at 500sq ft, here 700 , ours is a decent 2 bedroom 1 bath at 932 sq ft, with its own private fenced in backyard. Located close to the hwy for easy access for work and shopping. Adams

I initially contemplated against moving to this property, but finally made a decision to do so in July 2017. The management team has great customer service and is always helpful! Especially, the property manager-Rose Marie. She greets me with a smile and ask me how I'm doing. My service requests are rectified in a timely manner and the property is well maintained. There is low to no crime here and the residents are pleasant. Tracy

I live here now it's horrible they take forever to fix something and when they do they do it sloppy my neighbors smoke weed and the smells gets in my side but they do nothing about it can't wait to move its not worth the amount that it is no parking spots at all and it's really small

We cleaned the apartment thoroughly and they still charged a 380 dollar cleaning fee and a 200 dollar painting fee when the apartment did not need to be painted! Electric bill was always extremely high and the parking was terrible. I definitely do not recommend this apartment complex!
