Property Ratings at Springwell Village
AVOID SPRINGWELL VILLAGE AT ALL COSTS! - From current resident - - Claims to have rules regarding "quiet hours," pet clean-up, etc but does nothing to enforce said rules. Neighbors will constantly blast their music so you hear it all the way down the block, sometimes in the middle of the night, and management repeatedly does nothing. Several times I haven't been able to sleep in my own home due to the neighbors. There's dog poop all over because people don't pick up after their pets. People leave trash in your yard/driveway. If you want good neighbors and management, you won't find them here. - We've had to have Maintenance come by over a dozen times in one year. The electrical wiring is crap (caused our oven and AC to blow) and even simple repairs take weeks and multiple visits to get resolved. Workers are nice enough, but clearly have little to no idea what they're doing. - Do yourself a favor and look ANYWHERE else. We are moving soon and can't wait to get away. You can find much better options at half the price all over St. Charles and St. Peters.
