I’ve been living here for almost a year now. I moved in without being able to tour the apartments due to Covid, so I leased online. The first impression was that the apartment was very nice looking and worth the price, but I was wrong. I have had problems ever since moving in and I’m not the only one. My front door wouldn’t close correctly, it would pop when opening and wouldn’t open all the way due to the door not being level. There was a huge gap under my door partly due to a weather strip being left off. This problem took over 3 months to fix. Once neighbors starting moving in I noticed the walls are made of paper. I can hear my my neighbors on every side of me and under me. To make matters worse I hear a dog whining all day when the owners leave it home for 12 hours a day. The clarity you can hear your neighbors arguing, having intimate moments, kids stomping around the house, and whining pets is very alarming. The rules here don’t exactly mean anything. Trash is left out all times of day and over a two day period when the trash isn’t picked up. Dog mess isn’t cleaned up after and many large dogs aren’t on leashes when outside the complex. Many people living here are never getting their packages they ordered. It seems half the time the Vehicle gates are left open as well as the other gates, allowing anyone to come onto the property and do as they wish. Packages have been stolen, lost, etc. They had to install lockers for packages to hopefully create a solution to the problem but Amazon, UPS, and others still deliver to the door and packages are still being lost and stolen. All tenants have access to an app with a community board and most of it is “have you seen my package?”. I have emailed the property manager about problems I have been having and after months of going back and forth there still has been absolutely nothing done about them. It has gotten to the point where I asked out of my lease. The property manager has decided it is not worth her time to email me back after my last email and I have not heard from her in weeks. Save you’re time and you’re money, this place isn’t worth it. I have yet to get peace and quiet. You can hear neighbors conversations, music, TVs, and pets. Save yourself the trouble and sign a lease somewhere else.
