Property Ratings at Springhouse Communities
I lived here almost 4 years. Most of the day-to-day was fine but they are very strict on every fine they can get. I was late on rent once due to an issue on their website and was charged a 10% late fee. After moving out I was billed over $1000 for a partial carpet replacement and rather than contact me it was sent to debt collections immediately. I had other issues including an unsafe deck that I did not pursue after it was replaced because I had a friendly relationship with the on-site manager but after how I've been treated post move out I wish that I had raised more of a ruckus. Cannot recommend.
Do not rent from this complex! They are charging us over $5,000 to move out. They will get you for every cent you have.. and not care.

Landlord regrets that there will occasionally be people who will post derogatory comments on social media in an attempt to leverage their position or hurt management or a staff person for some perceived slight. Much as we might like to respond in detail, we do not publicly disclose information about any former tenant's specific situation. Suffice to say that we dispute the statements posted by this individual, and suggest anyone interested come take a look at the property and meet our staff for yourself.
