This complex will not lower rent for return residents even though the market rate is lowered. Apparently they are looking for one year only stays. Not a place to call home just transient stop.
This is my 7th year in Lubbock from being a student and now just working. This is by far the biggest bang for your buck complex. It’s safe, affordable, pet friendly, good location, and friendly staff. I saw there was only one review and it did not do this place justice.
This is one of the best places in Lubbock! The manager (Whitney) has been super helpful during the years of my stay. I recommend this complex.
