Great Place to live Living at Springbrook Apartments is amazing. I have been living here since 2011 and it a great place. They keep up with fixing everything when it needs to be fixed. The office and Maintenance people are great as well because they make sure the property stay clean and safe for the residents that live her Springbrook apartments as well. screen door The work has not been done. I said I know they are busy and it is a not to do now problem. It is not always things can be fixed in house and a specialist need to be called. Heat is an example. I asked 3 times for my heart to be fixed I was told they could not fix it. I thought a specialist would be able to fix it. It is against the law to not have heat. All the first floor apartments have no heat, Some cab driver was on first floor and had to move. He had to pay 900 dollars to move to 2nd floor. If it is your fault no one should have to pay as if they were a new person.

10 plus year renter I have lived at Springbrook for 10 plus years. Its my home and i have never been dissapointed. Great staff, friendly and committed to helping everyone. Love it here!

Warm and welcoming Brianna was amazing! She knew all about the property, very professional and was able to answer any questions. The apartments are overpriced, staff are inattentive, rude and frequently violate tenant rights, the amenities that you pay for are frequently shut down for one reason or another for a month or so at a time sometimes. Kids run around thru the halls at all hours unattended, swearing, screaming, playing games, etc. Never in my life have I ever seen the local police come out to an apartment complex multiple times a week, every week!!

Springbrook is well kept with very pretty grounds. The apartment complex I live in is very well kept. Vicki does a wonderful job keeping the building clean. Hallways are vacuumed and laundry room is kept clean. Office staff is friendly and any issues are taken care of in a timely manner.
This is my first time renting an apartment. The office staff are always kind and I enjoy getting a package and chat. They are very friendly and accommodating, Violet even remembers my name-apt #, even though it's a large complex. They helped me out by waving the fee for turning in rent on the 4th, when I told them of my work schedule issues. Maintenance has been on time and polite. I'm really astonished at the raitings on website because this is the enjoyable first home I could have asked for. The utilities are no more than you might expect but they do charge you water at three month intervals, which seems odd. It's a big community but the walls are thick, I know my neighbors have pets and kids but I've never heard a peep through the walls. You get so much for the price and I love my home..... and building 7 goes it's cleaned daily. I'll be sad leave when my lease is up next April. I would stay but my work is transferring me.
I have been living at Springbrook Apartments for the last 6 years and I love it. It's a great place for growing kids up and everyone that works there keeps the place clean and well kept up. It has so much stuff to do you don't even really need to go any where because you have everything to keep you busy right there. The ladies in the office are wonderful and everyone that works there tries to keep it great for the residents that live there so they are happy. You have everything around so if you don't have a car well you can just walk up to walmart and get what you need it great. Because there was a time I didn't have a car to get around and living at Springbrook Apartments made it so much easier for me and my son. If your looking for a beautiful and nice place to move I would say come to Springbrook Apartments because it a place to enjoy and your kids can have a blast. Like I said I love living here and it's even better now with everyone working so hard to keep it looking great and wonderful.
I find the management here helpful and polite. Megan had my apartment ready on time without any unresolved issues. She is easy to work with if there is a problem with your unit or any other problem. They host several gatherings in the party room that are always fun for adults and children. The property is well maintained as far as I seen so far, the building I'm in has a pond behind it with two nice grilling areas to use. There is easy access to Walmart off of the paved path that circles the property and the management is installing lights at the stairs to Walmart for safety of tenants as it was dark at night. There are also two entrances to SpringBrook nature park which is getting lots of renovation work done and is a good place to volunteer and bring kids to walk the trails and see the displays in the conservatory I will probably sign on for another year which should be my last as a renter and I feel comfortable with that. I have read other reviews and can't say I have had similar experiences here. If the laundry machines need service its easy to contact the company that provides service and the on site maintenance staff keeps all common areas well kept. There have been no bugs in my unit and can't see that there have been. If you keep in mind that this is an apartment complex and there is a mix of people at any apartment it really is not as bad as the reviews sound. My neighbors are quiet and polite, one even pulls my door shut on his way home from work in the morning if my girlfriend leaves it open. So thank you SpringBrook apartments, Megan, for a safe comfortable place to live.
I would be careful renting here unless you are sure you understand the financial aspect of paying utilities here. The divide the gas, sewer, water and trash among the apartments and number of tenants in each apt. So with that you pay as much as a mortgage plus they could keep the back buildings a lot cleaner for what we pay in rent.
I don't like it here. The grounds are very unkept. The people in the office don't keep to the leases, and are very rude.
I have lived here for about 6 years now. The people are fantastic, they keep the grounds and the buildings very well-maintained. We have All the amenities you could ask for, Fitness room, Indoor Pool, Outdoor Pool, computer room, game room, dog park, many more. We live right up on the Nature Center, We are surrounded by nature and the beauty of it all. We are also right next to WalMart, You can even walk there on the path with the steps leading right to the store. Very Convenient. We are also close by any other stores and restaurants you could think of. The school district is fantastic also! We also have everything else around us, like doctors and dentists. The hospital is only a few blocks away, Everything that a person could possibly need is right here or within a very short distance away. I don't plan on moving anytime soon if I can help it at all. The first thing that I've noticed about this apartment is that it's very cozy. It has a warm color, a very warm community, and the city is very accessible from this location. I wouldn't be happier anywhere else!
The apartments themselves are pretty nice shape. They're kept up well between tenants, and the grounds can be very beautiful. That being said, management leaves a lot to be desired. We had our heat go out on the coldest day of the winter and it took them two days to get it fixed while we relied on space heaters and jacked up our electricity costs for the month because we had to run them so high. We've also been here almost a year, and have them called them at least six times to let them know that our buzzer at the front door does not work, but it has not been fixed. Overall, even though we like our apartment, and we have pretty much everything on our wishlist (pets allowed, split bedroom floorplan, near laundry, ground floor, etc.), we still plan to move out at the first possible opportunity just to feel like our money is being paid to people who are more competent in their jobs.
The Springbrook Apartments are a decent place to rent. Nice community, friendly neighbors and a good location. No smoking policy is a little too strict for my liking though. They've also got a bad habit of mowing the lawn at 7 am, which can be a nuisance when you live on the first floor.
I thought the complex was clean but dated. The amenities were plentiful but some under construction/maintenance and for what ever reason unavailable.
