Terrible management, they don't truly care about you. The place is full of ants and mice, and the garages will barely fit your car. Need any maintenance done? It'll take weeks, months, or even years for them to get to it. Rent is overpriced and this is a terrible place to live. Go somewhere, literally anywhere else, before it's too late.

After owning my own home for 25 years, I decided to sell and move. I wasn't sure what to expect. Here is why I give this place 5 stars. Responsiveness - each time I submitted a request for assistance, my request was answered swiftly and the issue was rectified. One time my in unit washing machine stopped working and I had a new one that afternoon!! The amenities were accommodating and clean. The underground parking and storage unit were a great perk and finally, the location was absolutely perfect!!! Stores, schools and the airport all within 10 minutes! Thank you for making my stay with you memorable and enjoyable.

I've lived at Springbrook Cercle for 2 years at the time of writing this, and I only have positive things to say! Starting with the apartment itself (which was a part of their Ventana Suite), which was very comfortable, clean, and modern. I never had any issues with insects, rodents, spiders, etc. Only unexpected visitors during my time here were the birds that liked to hangout near my patio. As for the area, its calm, and quiet. Which is surprising since the neighborhood is a bike ride from Drexel Town Square, Woodmans, OC schools, and more. Never once did I feel that the area was noisy, like the downtown area could sometimes be. Speaking of noise, I'm grateful that for the 2 years I've lived here, that I never once was kept up by loud noises from above, or besides me. aside from the occasional sound you'd hear while living in an apartment with other people/families, I can happily say that I never had an issue with the noise from people in my building. As for maintenance, and the people at the front office? They have always been quick, and kind when it comes to any requests. Whether it was having someone come look at the thermostat, or inspecting an appliance, or something else, I was pretty certain someone would come take a look in a time appropriate manner. At a certain point I even preferred to go into the office to speak with Bridget directly, who was always very friendly. Overall, I have enjoyed living at Springbrook Cercle, and would encourage anyone looking for an apartment in Oak Creek, to consider them!

Management is slow to respond to calls, you have to call 4 or more times to get a response. Most times you have to go into the office and track someone down. Rent was increased $95 a month in 2022 and $75 for 2023 and there have been no updates to the property. Building needs painted, gutters are clogged causing drainage issues. Windows are poor and condensation is causing mildew. Landscaping is not maintained, and trash is not picked up. My washer went out and flooded my apt. they didn't clean up the water, so carpet is buckled and smells. My dryer went out and it took over a week for them to replace it. My toilet was not flushing, and it took 3 calls and a day and a half to fix. I would not recommend this property.

Nothing is what it seems. Start with false advertising, money grab,and smelly apartments. Upper management is rude and acts as if she's renting out the penthouse of the Ritz Carlton.

We lived in this beautiful apartment for more than 4 years. Well maintained apartments. It is very much close to grocery shops, restaurants and other shops. We were in Clearwater unit and loved it. The management staff Laura, Bridget, and Megan are extremely nice.The maintenance staff are prompt and most of the issues are addressed immediately. We thoroughly enjoyed staying here and definitely recommend this.

Horrible office staff. Thin walls. Rude neighbors. Big infested!

The majority of my encounters with the leading office folks has been unpleasant. They can be rude at times and are very slow to respond to emails/calls.

We lived in one of the loft apartments for a year and moved out when my wife had a job change. Here are some of the factors that we loved and most likely help your decision: 1. The apartments are well designed to have a ton of ambient light at every corner. 2. The water was of surprisingly high quality, with almost zero mineral deposits. 3. We had two parking spots, a dedicated indoor one, and an open street spot. 4. Located within a 5 min drive to all major stores such as Woodmans, Meijer, Pick'n'save, Aldi etc. 5. Never had issues concerning noise from the neighbours, not once! 6. The team of staff including Laura, Bridget and Megan will make sure you have a wonderful experience. 7. To top it off, Springbrook is a beautiful community with lots of space for a walk or a run. Hope you guys find it helpful.

This is the second time living here, the first was in phase 2 with a loft and now in phase 3 with a Ventana loft. I love it and just renewed my lease. I hope to remain for several years, provided the rent remains consistent and here is why: 1. The office staff, I work mostly with Bridget, is always kind and considerate; when I have questions or need assistance, I always feel heard and respected. Through out the entire rental process, to now, Bridget has always met my needs and done so with a smile. As a result, I stop in the office at times just to say hello. 2. On the rare occasions that I have had to request assistance from maintenance (nothing unusual - just your typical issues with renting or owning a home) I have had prompt response times and the requests were met within a realistic time frame. The staff that does the repairs are always friendly. 3. The grounds are quite large and landscaped to give the feeling that you are living in a condo instead of renting an apartment. 4. My apartment is spacious and within a reasonable price range for the square footage and location. Heating is what one would expect when to have when you have vaulted ceilings. I rarely hear my neighbors through the walls, at least no differently than when I previously owned a condo. 5. I have been fortunate to have welcoming, enjoyable neighbors. There is a feel of community here. 6. The location is fantastic! Within walking distance from the Drexel Town Square and just 20 minutes to downtown Milwaukee.

My husband and I moved here from Tennessee last year without having even seen the complex in person or photos. We were nervous, but quickly felt relieved when we arrived and saw the complex and surround area of Oak Creek. The location could not have been more convenient! Grocery stores, hardware stores, car repairs, banks, many restaurants, EVERYTHING! And the complex itself is very appealing to the eye and updated! Although many families with kids live here, we found it surprisingly quiet and peaceful! There is a large pool, gym and beautiful little pond. Our issue with previous apartments it’s the awful service we receive from the office and maintenance but this was by far the best experience with both. The ladies in the office are professional, sincere, and very quick to respond to any phone calls or emails! And I will definitely brag on maintenance! They are the most professional and respectful crew! They always take their shoes off, clean up any mess, and a big one for us- they tell us when they are coming!! Best of all, having moved from Tennessee where it doesn’t really snow, they were up early every morning when it would snow to not only plow the roads but always our sidewalks and walk ways up to our front doors. Above and beyond what we’ve seen at other complexes! Some reviews say rent is high- but I believe you get what you pay for- and we had no problem with our rent price for location, quality of the apartment itself and the professionalism of the staff! Highly recommended. We are no longer here as we have moved out of state for family reasons but have been sad to leave behind such a great place.

I have lived at Springbrook for 5 years and never regretted it. The maintenance staff works hard to keep the apartments beautiful and ground looking nice. Staff is responsive to requests or questions. Megan, Laura and Bridget are wonderful to work with. Would not consider another apartment, as I'm not sure I could match the customer service and luxury living of springbrook.

I have lived here almost 2 years now. The only reason we are leaving is because we are now homeowners! The office is prompt with maintenance. Apartments are clean. Very little noise able to be heard. Apartment is spacious. We love the washer/dryer and underground parking! Along with all the upgraded items in the apartment.

Contrary to many of the reviews I have seen, the staff at Springbrook make you feel quite at home and cared about. Sure your apartment may have its issues (any apartment will need maintenance) but the difference is that they take your issues seriously and get them taken care of.

I have recently moved to Springbrook Cercle and absolutely love it!!! Upon my arrival, there was a gift basket and note from Bridget, Megan and Laura welcoming me to Springbrook Cercle. Bridget, Megan and Laura, who work in the office, are extremely nice, caring and helpful!!! Juan is one of the maintenance staff and he is very nice and helpful as well. I love the fact that it is so close to grocery stores, restaurants, gas stations, etc. I definitely recommend moving to Springbrook Cercle.

First off they have mice problems and won’t care when you report it. Secondly, they will charge you to replace your carpet because you lived there for a year. Say good bye to your security deposit just like they will give you new carpets out of another person’s pocket. Bridget is also very rude. Beware!!!

I lived in Springbrook Cercle from 2000-2006. I was surprised to see these negative reviews, which I never had experienced. I recently moved back in. The management/office staff, Laura, Megan and Bridget have been nothing but accommodating and pleasant. I had a few issues and they were addressed immediately. I would highly recommend this complex to others.

My apartment and all of Springbrook Cercle are excellent. If I didn't have to relocate for a job, I would be staying right here. I have been here 3 years, and have been very happy. Everything is maintained really well, the head of the maintenance crew is a big friendly guy and they say he has been here for years, I know it has been at least 3. Last year my kitchen sink was clogged, and they came the next day. When the pilot light on my furnace went out, I called emergency and they came out immediately. The grounds are beautiful and well-maintained. My one bedroom has the attached garage and private entrance, which I love. It's a quiet neighborhood, and the people I have met here have been friendly. As far as the appliances, a/c, furnace and hot water are concerned, I only had the one problem with the pilot light, otherwise I haven't had a single problem. The office staff responds right away and is very friendly and constructive. Once when my direct debit rent did not process on their system, I complained and they took care of it right away. One thing about cable TV, the cost is included in the rent, which is great, but the service goes out sometimes. I pay for the internet service myself and for some reason I've never had any problems with that, it's very fast. A few downsides. The garbage dumpsters seem to be full all the time. Also there was a problem with the swimming pool this year where it didn't open when it was supposed to and it kept getting delayed. Also, if you are looking for excitement and entertainment, you won't find it in this area. It's standard suburban living. Aside from those few things, this is a great place to live. I highly recommend it.

95 degree day on a 2nd floor apartment. Ac goes out. Call on call maintenance. No call back, won't answer. For 5 days... thank God the temperature went down. Busted window. I had to board up. Left like that for 6 months. Yet again. No answer. Pay a little more and stay elsewhere. Only time you hear from them is when they want the rent...

Just to summarized my experience; The Apartments Manager has had a really bad attitude with us. I've never seen an apartments representative with such a rudeness to answer people question and cancel appointments without even a notice. :(

A wonderful place to live - easy commute to downtown Milwaukee, yet far enough away to escape the work hustle and enjoy all the great amenities the city of Oak Creek has to offer. Apartment grounds are very well maintained and the interiors of the apartment are up-to-date - beautiful granite counters, high ceilings, and well-planned layouts with lots of storage makes it easy to fit all your belongings and feel comfortable in your home! Would highly recommend the Ventana units at Springbrook!

What would you want in an apartment in Oak Creek, WI? This place has it :)
