The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Spring Valley
I liked living in this apartment even though there were issues with mice(two times). However, this place never returns the security deposit. It's been more than 3months now since moving out date but I still didn't receive my security deposit(They promised me I will receive it in 30days after move out. My apartment condition was good) Also, they even charged me a full month rent fee for my last month(move out was 19th) and I still didn't receive prorated rent fee as well. I'm preparing a small court claim as this is not acceptable at all.
I lived here for 3 years and at no point did I regret my choice. They aren't perfect but I know they made our stay enjoyable and memorable. The office staff especially Tosha are very friendly. The neighbors were awesome. I miss Zita and Meenu our neighbors. We had a Pleasant time. The best part was that the elementary school was just 7mins across the street but the kids in the complex are eligible for a bus ride since they have to cross two traffic lights to get to school which wasn't safe. Dropping the kids off took just a minute. The kids in the complex played and had fun on off days together. It was sad relocating but life has to go-on. I enjoyed everyday I spent here. Please keep doing spring cleaning so putting those leave clutters infront of their house. I love the neatness of the complex and hope it is still maintained that way. We miss you all!
Unprofessional Management and dated apartments. Not a single maintenance request has been resolved. I have an entire room that is unusable due to mold infestation despite talking with the property manager directly multiple times. I will be looking to spend my money elsewhere.
Rent will raise every year. Third year here and they raised it $200. Lot of college age people moving in so the noise level is high and the leasing office has done nothing. Except for snow removal maintenance has gone down and takes quite a while to make repairs. Also had to fight to get the blinds replaced as I was told it wasn't management's responsibility to do so. And if you leave before your lease ends expect to pay a huge fee.
Very nice apartment compex. Quiet and the neighbors are nice. The leasing office always and quick to answer and the complex is always kept nice and clean.
Very disappointed. I reached out to staff at Spring Valley more than 5 times and it still took them over 3 months to fix a window that was flooding one of the bedrooms. They simply told us to contact our insurance to get reimbursed for the potential damages and didn't provide a timeline. Talked with other tenants and they were having similar situations. Please think twice before you consider renting here!
I lived here for almost a year. It's a bit on the expensive side, but we wanted a pet friendly place with in-unit washer and dryer, so this was almost our only option. Overall, it is a decent place to live, but if you ever have to deal with a person in the office, it is a guaranteed headache. Leasing agents lock themselves in the office and won't let you in the clubhouse and won't answer the phone during business hours. I still have 3 messages that I left that have not been returned about 1 and a half months later. I had an issue with the amount of rent payments that were due and I got 3 different amounts due from 2 different agents....how does that happen? They send a reminder bill for monthly rent, but that had the wrong amount on it and then tried to charge me a late fee for their billing issue. One of my service requests took 25 days to resolve. It was a LIGHTBULB!!! When I was supposed to move out on the 13th, they took it upon themselves to clean the apartment and leave the patio door open and front door unlocked on the 10th before i had even turned in my keys.
