Property Ratings at Spring Creek Senior Living
1. poorly built, cheesy materials, low-grade craftsmanship 2. too much noise 3. low-grade appliances 4. slow to remove snow, snow removal not complete 5. shamelessly charge old people living here 50 bucks for a so-called lockout fee 6. refrigerator smelled of mold and range oven was dirty inside upon move-in
Spring Creek Senior Living apartment complex is so sad with it being a new development. Tenants here have no pride! Trash is all over the place, dog poo is not being picked up by their owners. Tenants allow their pets to urinate and defecate inside the complex as well as right outside the entrances. They also allow their pets to urinate on the building itself. Management is hardly here. Nothing gets done when complaints are filed. The complex is supposed to be senior living for those who are 55 yrs or older. There are a lot of young children (a few crying infants)and young adults living here. Younger adults are coming and going all hours of the night. Police are called out quite often. Packages left by UPS, FEDX, or the UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE even Mom's Meals come up missing (this is a secured building). Snow removal is non-existence at times, although that part is getting better. The Groundskeeper does nothing to help in keeping the inside complex or outside grounds clean or anything else for that matter( you will only see the groundskeeper when management is here) while trying to look busy, it is a joke, to say the least. The cleaning crew for the complex comes out maybe twice a month (usually only once a month though), to vacuum, mop, and clean windows. You would think of management, the groundskeeper, or the property owners themselves would at least try to keep this building/ apartment complex looking nice, clean, and tidy.
