Maintenance works hard to keep up the place. The pool is open all year long but it definitely hits its peak in the summertime. It is such a great space to relax outside. I love that the community is surrounded by so many trees, it makes it feel like such a sweet escape.

Shut the front door. SO GOOD!! These apartments were built in the 1970s but the only way you can tell is how spacious they are! They are beautifully remodeled with lots of natural light. They have quarterly pest control but you can request it any month and maintenance is THE BEST- Isaac specifically has taken great and quick care of my concerns. Melanie gave our tour and was definitely friendly and super helpful. She is a great first face for this place! Angie helped get us our keys and her spunky personality further sold the place for me. She is so funny and also knows the answer to every question I could ask. Spring Creek rocks. Do it.

Me and my partner just moved into this complex and we don’t have any second thoughts. From the first tour we knew we wanted this place immediately. The tour guide was so helpful and so down to earth. I wouldn’t recommend any other place in Edmond to anyone looking for somewhere to live

Searching for a new home can be a challenging experience, but the Spring Creek office truly made it easier. I was welcomed with a smile, and my needs and preferences were taken seriously by the staff, who were warm and friendly. Melanie gave me a tour of the property, and I was impressed by the lush greenery. Though the property is older, it is well-maintained! Melanie was charming and personable, and after touring the two-bedroom townhouse, I was smitten. These apartments are stunning, and the leasing agents are exceptional. Even though I ultimately chose a different option, Melanie made me feel valued as a person, not just a "customer." She was both professional and personable. The grounds at this place always look great! The office takes pride in how their community looks. (Of course that is hard to do with Oklahoma winds sometimes lol) But they are quick to get it looking nice as soon as they are able. And don't get me started on their dog park! Looking for a nice place close to downtown Edmond, this is the place to move. They are walking distance from so many resturants, and literally across the street from Memorial High School. The grounds are well kept, and there is always something to do here.

At first, I thought this property was pretty good. But from spraying over, mold in the shower with paint two, leaving drywall, chipping and falling down, completely unresponsive, and do not care for the good tenants. No wonder people come and go in droves. My lease ends in April and I will be glad to be rid of this place. Not to mention that they seem to have a problem with the American flag being flown on the balcony that is well-kept. But they are perfectly content to let other tenants have their balconies look like freaking trash heaps.
We moved in almost a month ago. Since then we have had problems with our toilet getting clogged (to the point where a plunger or toilet auger won’t work) very easily. We have had to call emergency maintenance to come out to fix it about every 3 days since we moved in. They said they’d have a plumber come out to permanently fix it but no sight of them. We literally have to go to the gas station if we have to do more than just pee. Water stains on all of the ceilings in our apartment, carpets coming up at the edges in every room, water stains line every wall on the ceiling in our apartment, the wood is exposed against the wall in our kitchen and dining, the wall of the shower is cracked, and even though we took all necessary precautions, our pipes are frozen in our laundry because it is so poorly insulated. Now we can’t even do our laundry. We have always been quick to unpack when we’ve moved before but we have hardly unpacked here because it doesn’t feel like home. We already have plans to move out the second our lease is up in a year. It’s going to be a long one.. don’t make our mistake. Pick somewhere else to live.
Absolutely terrible, I would avoid this place at all costs. Extremely overpriced for what you get. Have had a window that was so damaged that it would rain on us in the living room, leaking all over our couch. Bathroom flooded from the people above & it was never fully fixed so there is now black mold growing. They allow people to smoke inside & there are issues going on where our entire apartment smells like a bar constantly. The second hand smoke has literally turned rags in our apartment yellow. We have even bought large air purifiers for more than one room to try & combat the smoke smell, but it only makes a small dent. It gives us headaches and makes us sick. They will hang up on me when I try to call the office. Angie is the absolute worst person, has denied or put off most of our maintenance issues since we moved in. Thank god we are almost out of here. Would not recommend unless you don't care about the safety of your health. Oh also car break ins are pretty frequent, we have had our tires slashed while living here as well. Don't be fooled by the pictures, this place is hell.
Service continues to be prompt, courteous, and complete. I feel confident that the staff is committed to providing excellent service to the residents.
I really like the way the complex is arranged and the apartment have good layouts
I toured virtually from across country, while my daughter and son-in-law were on site. They came back with a positive vibe, and Crystal has been very professional, couteous, friendly, and helpful though the whole process.I applied for and was accepted for a lease within 24 hours.
Have not ever had a bad experience in my 4 years of living here! Would definitely recommend

I absolutely loved living here! I miss it every single day! If I hadn't gotten married and started having multiple children, I would still be there. The time came for me to move to house with a front and backyard for my growing family to play and thrive in. I always recommend this property to my friends!
Aside from a few bizarre incidents and neighbor noise issues, I've had a really positive experience living here.
It's located in a good area and offers all amenities you need to live comfortable.
I've lived here for years & ALWAYS had excellent maintenance service.
I DO recommend Spring Creek whenever I am asked about a comfortable, convenient place to live in Edmond. I have never been treated by any employee here with anything less than courtesy, respect, and promptness.

I would recommend this apartment community on the basis of their courtesy, professionalism, and timely manner of alleviating maintenance issues.
We love the park like setting and the friendly staff. We have also had great experiences with all of our neighbors.
I asked about sending a letter to pet owners saying to please clean up after themselves, hasn't been done. I asked about adding more lights to the apartment complex to make it a little bit safer at night time, hasn't been done.
It felt like a community and the fixtures in the apartments were made of quality materials and didn't look cheap.
We have had very minimum problems and enjoy our apartment.
The staff and maintenance guys make you feel like families. There has never been a time that the promises they made to us when we moved here 9 years ago would not come true. It has been the best place we have lived in the last 40 years.

The price is high and it's based off where your apt is in location to parking I feel it is a bit high for Oklahoma no laundry facilities
The agent whom I spoke with was very pleasant and informative. She did a great job with listening and answering all my questions. She was very busy right after I walked in, (she had a few individuals walk in). she handled it very well and professionally. she seems to know her and love her job. I was very pleased when I walked out. I look forward to becoming a tenant with the company.
The atmosphere here is truly supportive, thanks to the confidence, professionalism, and courtesy of the office and maintenance staff. The apartment is comfortable and feels secure.
I DO recommend this apartment community to everyone. The team that keeps this community flourishing is fantastic and my son and I love living here. We love the park like setting and that we feel completely safe.

These were not the nicest, but not the most run-down apartments in Edmond. Very average. Prices were cheaper than most, but that doesn't equal a fair price. I wasn't sure we were getting our money's worth - though I also just think the price of rent is super overrated everywhere. However, it's a fine place to live. Amenities were great and the town of Edmond is amazing.
