I lived here for only 6 months before I couldn’t take it anymore. This is the shortest time I’ve leased at an apartment complex. My lease here was for a year and ends in December but unfortunately I can’t do it here any longer. the apartments themselves are decent and not an issue. This is not the place for you if you aren’t fond of constant construction and loud noise. My neighbors since the day I moved in have been outrageously loud and rude. blasting music the moment it hits 10-1015 as well as there children screaming, parties being had late at night , stomping , running around, tv blaring through the wall and constantly mean mugging my camera, banging on the walls at 4 am. That’s not to include the standing outside my door and talking about me. (I have friends that speak Spanish) I reported my neighbors to the management team and they simply told me that they are not the type of complex to deal with this behavior from such tenants. So I was simply happy to have them deal with the problems so that we could all move on. I had simply explained to them that I did not want to complain, but that I was not able to continue to tolerate the loud noises being let out at night. The problem was never dealt with. They ended up telling me that because there was more of them than me ( I am a single person) that’s why they are loud. definitely a violation of my lease. I have a right to peaceful environment, just like them. I hope management does better for future tenants.
These apartments are the best I've lived at. anytime I had a maintenance request, it was immediately addressed. super pet friendly. the only downfall is they are removing a lot of the grass and trees and putting the fake grass in. they removed some much loved shade and the new fake grass makes the place look kind of cheap. for the most part the place is quiet. the apartments are modern and beautiful. parking is close and assigned with guest parking. I'd return to this complex for sure.
My name is Isiaah, I have lived there for a year and the community there is wonderful, Jill and Gordana are the sweetest most approachable and thoughtful people that you will know, the environment and rooms are clean and it is literally the center of everything from groceries to restaurants , etc.

Complex is beautiful! Construction workers even works on Saturday and sometimes on Sunday! Lots of upgrades. Loved my small studio unit in the back by the playground and creek. Lots of wildlife, white heron, ducks, squirrels and a red tail Hawk. I shared the upstairs landing with the neighbors from hell. Noisy, loud, shouting, conversation late night outside my door and window. She believes she lives upstairs by herself. Inconsiderate and invading of others space. The bane of my existence.

•I’ve lived here about 1.5 years. The first month was nice, quiet. However, after a month... -Noise from the upstairs tenants hard walking was/is very loud since there’s no carpet upstairs. -The next door neighbors moved in; then much fighting began - screaming foul language and domestic abuse has gone on frequently, and I have had to call the sheriff a few times. But it still continued. -Smoking either marijuana or cigarettes comes through the vents into my apartment, causing me migraine headaches, and sinus respiratory (including asthma) issues and sickness/problems. As part of all tenants leases, smoking of anything - cigarettes, marijuana, etc.- inside any apartments- is strictly prohibited. I have reported it to management so many times, yet the problem continues. I’ve been told that my complaint and my word (even with guests in my home who have smelled it too), is not enough and that if I smell it; because they need an outside entity other than me, to confirm that there is smoke, hence I was told to call the property security night patrol for them to come out right away after I smelled the smoke and called them, right away, for them to check it out promptly and in real time, as a witness to the smoke. I’ve done this however, to no avail. I’ve recently had to buy an expensive air purifier for my apartment so I don’t get sick from the smoke.

I have lived here for two years. And i must say the staff is amazing. Brenda is my absolute favorite! I am a single mom and am sometimes more then not late with rent, and they are always willing to be patient and work with me. I love my cute little apartment ! It fits my needs for me and my son. I have lived here for over 10 years and love it. Have never had any problems concerning crime or bad neighbors. Moving into a new upgraded apartment in 2 months and the management team is going to make the whole process go smoothly, which is always nice. Special shout out to Brenda and Tammy from the management team...they are always nice and make sure anything I need gets handled as fast as possible. Absolutely great place to live!!

I would say after three years of living here to look elsewhere. Unless you don't mind your repairs not happening, your appointments with them to be cancelled, or your stuff to be stolen off your patio. There are always homeless people in the garbage making a mess and management refuses to put a stop to it. Just a bad place to live in general.

I am so sorry that SpringCreek fell short of your expectations.We really try to accomidate all of residents when we are not given permission to enter on a work order request so that we can take care of your request propmtley.As far as the the homeless going through the dumpster enclosures unfortunately it is out of our control. We do offer courtesy patrol that you are welcomed to call from 6pm-6am.I have really enjoyed having you as a resident, and I wish you the best on your next adventure. I have lived at Spring Creek for a couple of years and have seen a lot of changes. I love my apt it is super cute and the price is not bad. The location is amazing. As for the Office Staff I have to say that they are the best we had. The are kind and always willing to help.

I have been live here for two years and will not be renewing. I've constantly had issues with the maintenance, I would ask them to call ahead and tell them they couldn't just come in. There was one day they walked in while i was still in bed and started doing the work... not a good wake up call. When i arrived they said they'd never had and kind of illegal activity, my neighbors smoke and nothing was done about it, we've had several issues with homeless, and i was rudely awoken one night when the police were taking down some burglar suspects. The latest and final straw is the current work on the pool. Apparently the owner decided he wanted to put in a new pool. He did not let the office know until 3 days before the crew came in. I work nights and sleep during the day and guess who can't sleep and didn't have time to find a new place. I don't expect much from a place, but heads up on construction work that will take place from 8am-5pm every weekday for 2 month is something i can't deal with. We are receiving no compensation for the HUGE inconvenience, and i can only hope you choose to live elsewhere. p.s. my noise canceling headphones can't even drown out the jackhammers.

If you enjoy silence and privacy then this is NOT the complex for you. There are always some sort of carpet cleaner trucks with pumps running, landscapers with leaf blowers and wall banging going on. Also the neighbors can be loud and obnoxious, not a very pleasant environment. The balcony and deck are rotting and splintering wood with nails sticking up. The lollipop lighting fixtures don't work and haven't worked for at least a year. On the plus side its very easy to go online and pay your rent electronically and/or submit a maintenance request and it is within walking distance of the Sunrise Marketplace . Chuck McGowan
As a college student it is hard to find a place that is both well upgraded and affordable. Just because I'm in college doesn't mean I want to live in a run down place with a bunch of roommates. My unit is nicely upgraded with silver fixtures and amazing laminate flooring. A major bonus to the two bedroom units is the large rap around decks that are accessable from both the bedrooms. Spring Creek's complex feels like a nice lushly treed neighborhood and it is a lovely place to call home! The staff are very helpful and respond promptly if I have anything that needs fixing.
Spring creek apartments, I would say are sub-par. I have been living there for almost a year now and will not be renewing my lease. Every month or so I get a notice on my door saying I can't park in my parking spot or need to lock my animals in another room for seemingly unnecessary repairs and/or maintenance. One such notice gave me a three week window that they would be re-painting. When I called the front desk to get a more reasonable time frame, they were unable to give me any information. It is nice that there is on site laundry and a small on site gym (very small), however if the office is closed(5 pm on weekdays, all day on weekends) you can't get in to either work out or put money on your laundry card, making it very difficult to take advantage of the amenities. Also nearly all of the light bulbs burned out within a few months and they did replace them but the new bulbs burned out within two months. There is a community pool, which is nice but I frequently see non-resident families using it more than the tenants. Some of the staff that work at the office are very helpful, but others seem uninformative and rush me off the phone when I call to ask questions or make inquiries. Overall not the worst place to live but definitely not the best. It would be satisfactory if I were paying 600-700 for a one bedroom rather than 800 .
